after 2nd team came out (the other team did not have everything; i had to go purchase something to put on pipe).. the 2nd team even put in the boards on the side of my dishwasher that we had to take off to get the new one in..

The service technician arrived on time and was very professional. He removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one. I am happy with the experience.

We were very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism displayed by the Best Buy appliance installation team. They were in and out in less than an hour and explained the functioning of our new dishwasher. Both guys wore masks the entire time.

The installers were efficient and very polite. Our house Han a plumbing issue the installer wasn’t familiar with. He called his boss and followed his instructions. The install was completed without having to call in a plumber.

This kit does the job. No problems at all. Great job!

The installers were professional and effeceint. I had an unexpected cost of $350 which was not in my budget as the intstallers informed me that they had to install an outlet and drain system. They stated this was because the power source was outdated and that Best Buy should have discussed this with before hand.

The installer was in and out in a flash and did a great job setting it up and making sure it was running properly.

Had only 1 problem with installation. Leaked from one connection due to existing parts. The installers came a couple of weeks later and replaced the parts. No problems after that.

Outstanding installation by professionals. They kept us informed of their arrival time. Quick, courteous, and through, they even cleaned the floor upon removal of the old unit prior to installation of the new unit.

I was very impressed with our delivery / installers. They were prompt, called before arriving with an estimate of arrival. Had 3 appliances installed, hooked up and 1 appliance relocated to the garage within 2 hours. They were also very knowledgeable on the appliances. I would highly recommend their service.

I was very dissatisfied with the install. The dishwasher was not installed on center in the cabinets to where the gaps on both sides are not even close to being even. When I asked the installer about it his response was that that would take more than he was willing to invest based on the amount he was being paid by Best Buy. I assume he was hinting he wanted me to pay him extra to do a quality job needed for l the installation . I don’t know that the almost $190 I paid for the installation was not enough for a quality install. Tried to call the customer service number to voice my concern but reached a call center associate that barely spoke English so I just gave up. I’ll guess I’ll have to pay someone else to come uninstall and and reinstall it properly. No fair! I’m so disappointed. I trusted Best Buy to provide a quality installation and they didn’t.

The guys who installed my dishwasher were prompt, friendly, and professional. They were very quick as well.

The installation was clean and simple. Great product.

The installer was prompt. Only took maybe 30 minutes. They cleaned up all trash and removed the old unit.

The installation was was scheduled at a time convenient to us and the crew arrived when they said they would. They protected the floor and cupboards when moving the old unit out and the new one in. They were polite, professional and took time to give an orientation on using the dishwasher.

Installer was well aware of COVID 19 restrictions. He wore a mask and gloves. He keep safe distance. He made sure we were comfortable. His installation work was clean and no mess. He took great care to bring in new dishwasher and remove the old dishwasher

Works great! Easy install, setup and user friendly.

Very quick but we also removed the old one. The video makes you think you have to disconnect and remove. You don’t have to do that if you’re paying for installation.
