We love our new dishwasher. Have purchased the Cafe collection. Great addition to our kitchen.

Contracted company delivered our dishwasher. They worked efficiently but we were told our delivery would be between 7am and 11am then 9-12 then 11-2. Finally called at 3 and they didn’t answer. When we received a call back they said they were behind and delivery would be between 4pm and 6 pm. Not a big deal if that would have been communicated instead of waiting around all day.

The delivery of my dishwasher was prompt & on time!! The delivery men installed it & they did a great job. They were very friendly & helpful with questions & concerns I had. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an appliance installed.

One guy who was totally awesome on the installation of our Samsung Dishwasher. He was the BEST installer we have seen in awhile. Very friendly and did a great job of cleaning up everything before he exited our home.

The Brst Buy installation crew was very professional. Appreciated their knowledge that we needed a plumber first so their job would be seamless.

Jake kept me informed when he would arrive. Finished installation in minimal time. Checked to make sure unit was operating as it should. ( check for leaks) and showed the features the dishwasher has.

The 2 man team were very professional, explained everything they were doing, courteous, careful of floors and helpful. After the install they gave us a tutorial on how to use it and things we needed to do to get the best results and to maintain it. And they cleaned up before they left.

The Geek Squad installer did a great job installing our dishwasher. He arrived exactly on time and completed the job quickly. He had a friendly and professional manner and provided a thorough overview of the unit's operation after he completed the installation. We were very satisfied with the service he provided.

What a pleasant surprise. Tech was very knowledgable about the dishwasher he was installing and the one he was removing. Very friendly and informative. thorough and made sure I knew how to program new dishwasher.

Amazing, best home delivery service I've ever experienced! The level of knowledge and ease of which they did the install was impressive.

Installer was very personable and explained the process of removal of the old unit and installation of the new dishwasher. He explained the basic operation of the machine as he was quite familiar with it and made it easy to understand.

Good install except drain line was left loose and leaked a significant amount of water. After I secured the line everything has been OK.

The installers recognized that the dishwasher I got would not fit the space I had (despite the fact that I had brought in the specs with me--I'm afraid that the salesman didn't have a clue). These guys (the installers--male and female) know their products!
