We were very happy with Chris our instal guy and then to have Ryan Molish show up to make sure all was done correctly and answer any questions was outstanding. We had purchased a washer and dryer 18 months ago and did have some delivery item issues , one damaged, and there was not a geek person sent at that time.

The men were nice, but they were unable to install our machine because of our water pipes being copper. Not really their fault the salesman should've made us aware of certain things that could cause an issue with installing the machine. Had to get a plumber to come in to install it. But Best Buy did offer us $100 to satisfy the issue.

The installers called ahead to inform us when they would arrive and came in and did the installation in a quick, efficient manner. Then, the head guy followed up by going over all they had done and what to do in case of issues in the first couple of days.

The installation tech was superior in every aspect - would like to have him do all the repairs if we could. Best Buy has the right installers. A friend bought a full set of high end appliances from Sears in September and after 6 customer service visits the installation is not complete ice maker still doesn't work.

The installer was nice and cleaned up after himself.

The technician was well organized and experienced and did good job.

The day of delivery for my appliances, they came 30 minutes ahead of schedule. They were very professional and nice. They worked diligently and had my old dishwasher disconnected and the new one installed before I knew it. They even gave me a personal number to call anytime if I have any problems. Great service!

The Geek Squad sent several reminders and called the morning of when they were 30 minutes away, as we requested. The associate was very polite and professional, did a great job on the installation and explained all of the functions to my wife and I belore he left. Excellent Customer Service!

Arrived when they said they would, did good job even though wiring/plumbing was awkward. Two thumbs up

There was a problem with the new dishwasher. It was damaged during shipment. The installer did a great job removing the old dishwasher. He offered to re-install it after realizing the new dishwasher was damaged. We got the same tech when the replacement was installed. He did a great job.

It took three visits to install the dishwasher: 1st try unsuccessful because the technicians couldn't decide if the flooring was in the way (it wasn't). 2nd try, same problem so I had my neighbor remove the old dishwasher (floor was NOT a problem) and finally 3rd try they came and installed the dishwasher.

Because the DW was taller than the existing opening, installer could not complete the installation in the time allotted. I, as homeowner, had to complete the installation

The installer sent by Best Buy for the dishwasher was very competent and highly professional. The install included haul away. He was efficient, reviewed key features with me and that was that!

I had the best technician ever, that installed our dishwasher. He was very professional, made sure my elderly dad understood how to operate the dishwasher and helped him load a few dishes into the dishwasher.

Although they were not able to fully hook up my dishwasher due to a problem with the pipe (not their doing!) they were knowledgeable enough to know what needed to be done. If they hadn't caught the issue and attempted to hook it all up and start the washing cycle, who knows what would have happened!?

Our first unit was scratched by the installation technician. Best Buy came through Got us a new unit and a new installation technician which was outstanding. Their customer service response time was excellent. I will definitely be purchasing more large ticket items from Best Buy if this is how they do business.

The tram was in and out fairly quickly. Found a few loose connections under the sink and tightened up all the under sink connectors, even ones that didn’t go to the dishwasher. Very polite, professional.

Super nice, professional, friendly, and very quick! Highly recommend!
