Dishwasher needed to be re-leveled. Techs knew what they were doing and finished in a short time.

The installer came out installed the dishwasher faster than I thought, cleaned up everything and walked us thru the operation of the dishwasher.

I installed several on my own and it just a pain I can live without, and disposal af appliances is really hard to get someone to haul away stuff this way not my problem

They were very informative and so helpful. They put booties on their shoes each time they came in my home which was very nice. I'm particular and they were cautious and respectful! The dishwasher is out of service due to the dishes not getting completely rinsed because of a problem in the drain. We have cleaned the filter and the pump impeller but still get a constant message '5C' information code which is indicating a 'drain check' problem. Reviewing the installation instructions, it could be that the drain hose was installed improperly and is the problem. The instructions call for the drain hose to be raised 30" and it is at most 15". In addition, the dishwasher was not properly leveled according to the instructions. This unlevel situation makes it difficult to get the lower rack in and out. We purchased this dishwasher on 12/1/19, it was installed on 12/27/19. We used it twice over the next 2 days and were then off on a trip until 3/5/20. We have used the dishwasher for about 3 weeks since and now it is out of service as indicated above. We have been out of service and reluctant to schedule a Samsung warranty service call due to COVID-19 stay at home orders. We are in the group of 'most at risk'.

Very pleased with the installation of the dishwasher. The installer was very nice and knowledgeable and took care when coming in and out of my home.

Dishwasher came without a necessary piece due to a factory defect. Install people could have installed the unit without saying anything but said we would not be happy because motor would be vibrating causing noise. They took it back and brought a new unit. That was terrific customer service!

So the delivery crew delivered my Dishwasher but did not do the actual installation. However, I must say that the delivery team wore masks and maintained a safe distance while at my home I appreciated their consideration and protocol to COVID.

I had Best Buy install the dishwasher I purchased and they did a fantastic job. They removed the old unit, installed the new one, and took away the old one. They were prompt for the appointment, fast & clean for the install. They made sure it was working right before leaving. Very happy.

The installers were very good about keeping us notified as to time of installation. We received telephone calls on both the home and cell numbers. They arrived on time, and were in and out in half an hour. As a bonus the installers were also very courteous.

Professional, fast, and they took my old one. Kept in touch with me to find a right time to install.
