The install team from Best Buy was awesome. They called and asked if they could come early. And then did a great job with the removal of old and install of new. Courteous and kind (showed our 3 year old what they were doing). Five stars!

Our dishwasher was installed incorrectly. We had to call back and have it re-installed. Very disappointed with the installation team.

The technician that installed it was not familiar with the unit and could not answer questions. Out of 2 technicians at least 1 spoke English but could not answer specific questions as they related to my dishwasher. Not ideal.

The man who installed my latest dishwasher is wonderful. He previously replaced one in an old home we were selling at the time. Stayed in contact when with timing for arrival. He showed up on time. Was polite, cared about what he was doing, and did not damage the dishwasher or the house. Glad I had him both times.

Expert installation and care when hauling the old dishwasher away. I would definitely buy my appliances from Best Buy in the future.

Bought this as part of a gift dor my father who lives a couple hours away and not in the best health. He reported back to me about how professional, swift and surprisingly efficient the techs were. Couldn’t have asked for better.

After reading the manual after the 1st install they had to return to remove wheels to fit completely in the cabinet. It did feel good to have someone else handle the installation.

Installation team knew exactly what they were doing, had all necessary equipment and tools, did a great job.

Installer came as promised and called in advance to let me know he was on the way. Caused some minor damage when removing the old dishwasher and currently working with them to get it repaired.

The installers who came were professional and courteous. They removed my old dishwasher and installed the new one quickly with no issues.

Install team was on time, friendly, and smart. He took time to explain the products features and proper operating tips.

The installers were very nice and they did a great job installing the dish washer and showing me how it works. The geek squad who did the isntall were able to resolve an install issue, which I was grateful for.

I typically purchase installation however, installation commpany contracted through Best Buy is top notch. They are quick, yet thorough. Made no mess, tested product and even took time to show us how to work product and offered us personal installer business card to call anytime with questions or issues.

They were very quick and efficient, in and out in less time than I expected.

The install was quick, the serivers were very professional explain how to use, what to use and asked if I had any questions. Highly recommend

Very good at uninstalling my old dishwasher, that had been hard-wired in and great at installing the new LG dishwasher, quickly and with professionalism.
