Professional installer who knows how to do it right

It still hasn't arrived, thus I honestly cannot provide a useful Review at this time. If it ever arrives and is Instalked, I will update my comments.

The tech came out, with the knowledge to have my dishwasher installed within an hour. Absolutely amazing young man.

The installation team that installed my dishwasher were great, professional and informative.

The installers were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They took great care to protect our carpeting and furniture as they moved the old dishwasher out and installed the new one. Installation was smooth and efficient.

Washburn contractors are professionals and know what they are doing!!! Great honest and knowledgeable people!! Highly recommend

Our installer was great, he arrived promptly and finished the job in a timely fashion. He protected our new wood floors without having to be asked, which was great. The company that he works for, KEPCO, is not so great. They have terrible customer service and do not call ahead to schedule as noted when I purchased my dishwasher. They were closed when I tried to call them to find out what time they would be arriving since they didn't call me. We had issues with them during the installation of both our gas range as well as our dishwasher.

They brought it with the other appliances, but the sink and tops were not installed. So, I installed it after.

The people contracted by Best Buy to install my new dishwasher wanted an ADDITIONAL $525 to do it. because they needed to do additional work. I nixed that and asked my ex (who is a Professional Engineer) to do it. He did it for free!! Everyone I have told about this thinks $525 (plus the initial $139) was way too much for the work required. I must say, though, that the technician was a nice guy who explained everything I needed and completely understood why I wasn't going to have them do it. Their rates are just TOO HIGH!

I'm rating this for the Saturday installation. The installer came out and put dishwasher in, ran a cycle, and went over instructions. As he was leaving he said if any problems with dishwasher come up, to give him a call.

Installers very professional and fast. Listened to our concern about tools on our hard wood floors and used cloth or cardboard to keep it safe.

Outstanding servive. The installers were very perfessional and teviewed everything with me.

The delivery and installation guys that removed and installed our dishwasher were very good. They were careful and went the extra step to get it setup. It did require an additional part which they were able to get and complete before finishing the job. I would recommend them for future customers.

The installer was friendly and completed a difficult job in a timely manner.

Not disappointed with this purchase. It hss been great thus far. It is even easier to keep the exterior clean. It is wonderful.

Was pleased with the timeliness of the install. They did a good job installing, but the reason I’m docking 2 stars is because there was a huge puddle in my under sinn cabinet after the install and the installers just left it there! I tipped the guys for putting it in, running it, checking for leaks… but it wasn’t until after they left did I realize they just left the puddle in the cabinet. It ruined the wood, and I was thinking to myself… why wouldn’t they have just cleaned that up?! Or tell me they needed kitchen/paper towels to soak it up! That really frustrated me. Sharing this so others take the time to really inspect the install - that’s my miss, but I’m calling it out for others to learn from. Cheers all- pay it forward.

Delivered on time. Installed quickly and professionally. Installation area cleaned up and all trash removed.

This crew was great. They went above and beyond their normal charge. Had to adapt for our unusual connection

Installers came in the install window and kept to the COVID guidelines as they entered and exited the property. They were in and out within a hour. During the install they answered any questions I had.
