The installers were great very knowledgeable, installation was fast.

Excellent experience...on time, clean friendly and truly professional.. The installation crew pointed out a defective drain hose and connector.. He explained its and easy fix on my owe, as they did not due that kind of work.

My Geek Squad installers were top notch. They were friendly, efficient, and explained everything well. The electrical cord that came with the installation kit was not long enough, but they easily took care of the problem.

Nickson Home Services installed a Whirlpool dishwasher 8/1/20 and things could not have run smoother. John & his helper did a wonderful job with the install. I had several issues with Best Buy but Nickson Home Services did fine by me.

The dishwasher was competently installed but the installer’s under-the-kitchen-sink install was completed by unplugging my garbage disposal, leaving the garbage disposal non-functioning. I had to crawl under the sink myself and insert a 6-inch extension cord so that both appliances could be plugged in at the same time. If the installer had used the plug-in cord from the old dishwasher, instead of the strange demanding angled cord of the new replacement, he could have solved the problem himself at the time of dishwasher install. A professional install of one appliance should never require the disabling of another previously-functioning appliance, when both were designed to be used adjacently together.

The Best Buy team, whether sales, delivery, or installation have given me great experiences. The dishwasher install was no exception. The arrived on time, did the work efficiently, and left the space clean when they were finished.

This was the worst experience!! It took 3 times to get the dishwasher installed. The scheduling and communication was extremely poor. The first scheduled date the installers came to the wrong address to install. When the issue was realized they packed up the washer and never came to the correct address. After waiting the entire day at the correct address I finally called to see what was up and was told they returned the washer to the warehouse and it had to be re- received back in before they could schedule another installation date. NEVER even tried to contact me to let me know. Not HQ, Not the subcontractor company or the installer. I wasted an entire day! On the next install date, the dishwasher was brought but was not installed as the 'installation kit' sold with the washer was the incorrect one and the hoses needed to be longer. Dishwasher was left and the appt had to be rescheduled again. 3rd try the installers came and told me the original hoses to the current washer could be used to install the new washer??? With the purchase of the dishwasher I paid for the haul away service. Once the washer was installed the workers were walking out the door and I stop them to say I had paid for the haul away. They told me that service was someone else and they would be coming within the next 4 hours to pick it up?? I was never told that this was what I should expect. The experience wasted several days of my time during main working hours and taking off shifts.

The crew was excellent. Very professional. In and out quickly, tested everything and answered any questions we had.

After a nice install we had small problem and quickly a Tech came out and spotted the problem right off. The strainer popped out of place. Putting it back in place and we were ready to go Thanks so much Aloha

The installer knew exactly what to do and worked quickly. He was careful, made sure the dishwasher was secure and lined-up perfectly under the countertop. I especially appreciated him giving me his card in case I need him in the future. The Geek Squad is awesome!
