Good installer noticed that the latch was broken and did not install the defective dishwasher. Best Buy can not figure out how to reschedule my install.

Tried to turn on dishwasher for first time 2 days after Best Buy installation— DW DID NOT WORK AT ALL!!! Called Best Buy-on hold for 50 minutes & they told me to call Bosch. Bosch was great- they came out 2 days later & said install was TOTALLY WRONG!!! Bosch repaired properly.

They brought it with the other appliances, but the sink and tops were not installed. So, I installed it after.

Very professional and knowable. They actually installed it right, I had no idea my previous dishwasher, which was installed by Sears quite a few years ago, wasn’t even bolted in place until they came to install the new one.

The team came in much earlier than schedule, for which we were so happy. Their work was so precise and through. We were so happy about having this team. We'd love to have the same team in the future for a new installation.

Two gentlemen installed new our new Samsung microwave, dishwasher, and oven, hauling away our old ones. They did a great job and even reminded me about stuff left in my oven. I almost lost all of my cookie sheets! Great service.

We decided to let Best Buy install the dishwasher we purchased from them and it was a good decision. The installer was professional, thorough, and efficient. After the installation, he ran the dishwasher to be sure there were no leaks and offered some helpful suggestions.

Installers came in the install window and kept to the COVID guidelines as they entered and exited the property. They were in and out within a hour. During the install they answered any questions I had.

Over a six month period I keep going back and reviewing various dish washers in the under $900 category. I keep ending up with this Kitchen Aid. Finally Best Buy sent an email with the right price and with delivery and installation.Very pleased so far and will see if the long term results pan out.

The "Geek Squad" was one very professional plumber/installer. He arrived on time, removed the old dishwasher. In short order he installed our new Whirlpool dishwasher. He took time to explain the controls and made sure we were satisfied with his work. We are very pleased he was our "Geek".

I was amazed at the professional installation service for my dishwasher. The installer's dealt with my concerns about not using a dolly across my wood floors and hand carried it. The Installation went well and then they explain each and every button to operate. I didn't even have to read the manual.

It's worth it to pay to have it done right. There were issues we would not have known how to fix.

The installer only did a fair job. The dishwasher he installed works great but he left a soaking mess under the sink. I thought there was a leak but the water on the floor was from the cabinet, not the dishwasher. Once I cleaned that up everything dried out.He also didn't install the air-gap cap. We had to use the one which we already had. I will never let that installer from GEEK SQUAD in my home again.

The two guys that came to my house where very fast and efficient at removing the old dishwasher and installing my new dishwasher. They were knowledgeable and answered certain questions that I had about the new dishwasher and demonstrated how to use the new dishwasher.

The installers could not have been better. They were on time, well equipped, did the job and cleaned up afterwards. Really nice service.
