The installer Derrick & his assistant Noah did a professional job. They were knowledgeable, polite and kept with protocol. Highly satisfied with their work and also showing us how to use the dishwasher. They did great clean up as well...

I have used Best Buy for installations in the past and have always had a great experience. The service installers were knowledgeable and very helpful when I asked questions about the dishwasher. The installers were also very well mannered.

Dishwater install was excellent. The installer answered all of my questions and was very friendly.

After the first installer could not install another team came and were able to install and did a good job.

Could not believe how fast the removal and installation was! They had to make minor modifications to my plumbing so I thought it might take a little longer but they were in and out in about 1/2 hour. Thanks for the fantastic service!!

Great product/ horrible installation Left my sink without water pressure had to rip Everything apart only to ultimately find out that residue was left in from old lines and not flushed out which backed up my faucet . Five extra minutes and information of this would've been helpful before they left .....

I'm rating this for the Saturday installation. The installer came out and put dishwasher in, ran a cycle, and went over instructions. As he was leaving he said if any problems with dishwasher come up, to give him a call.

About to install my dishwasher but the installation guy managed first to inspect the area where they're going replace my older unit. It won't fit due to the design. Needs to change the brand, Samsung brand wouldn't fit, no under space to accommodate water source fittings.

The installation crew was pleasant, friendly, and informative. They answered my questions and spent several minutes explaining how to use the new dishwasher. I really appreciated their time and expertise.

Installation was the best of any kind I have ever had. The gentleman was knowledgeable, took his time and explained the difference between what I had and what I was installing. Couldn't have asked for better service. Took away the old one and made sure everything was spotless.
