The crew that delivered and installed the dishwasher were great. Very pleased. They were efficient and quick. They explained the features of each of the appliances they installed.

There where two young men that came to do the installation. They where very polite, friendly and efficient.

I am so happy with the service! My laptop died; the dreaded blue screen... Eric was AMAZING! Don't ever let him go! The other techs were also very knowledgeable and helpful They installed a new hard drive and were able to save all of my information! Speedy service as well!

We had our Bosch dishwasher installed by the Best Buy installer. He was very professional, did an excellent job with the installation, and even gave me a few tips on other products (like a vacuum robot) that I should consider. Excellent!

I really appreciated how quick, efficient, friendly and quality of service was for installing my new dishwasher! I usually hand wash items so it was extra nice when they took the time to test my dishwasher and explain how it works to me before leaving :)

He was on time, having called with an ETA. He was extremely knowledgeable, did a great job and cleaned up after he was done. Before he left he showed my wife some features like the adjustable top rack for taller, top rack only, items. A professional operation start to finish,

After a 4 month struggle with Samsung and the dishwasher nightmare...we turned back to Kitchenaid which we had prior and gotta say love this dishwasher!! It is definitely Kitchenaid quality & the Black Stainless just love it! It is great that is still made in the USA as well.

The installers were great but had to wait 5 months to get it installed as all the appointments were full

Both men were very friendly and professional. Were originally supposed to be at my home by noon. But didn't get there till 5. They did let me know they were running late.

Finally, we have a dishwasher that works and doesn’t leak. Still awaiting someone to contact me about the floor damage from the first installation.

I had the dishwasher installed December 26 and thought they were coming at 9am. However, there was a communication issue between email and the actual installer. The installer headed right over when he realized what happened. He was quick, friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience.

My dishwasher installer called the day before to let me know what time he would be here. He showed up on time, installed the dishwasher, tested it to make sure it was running properly and gave me a quick demo on how to use it.

The installation experts that arrived from Best Buy to install my dishwasher were the best! They arrived on time, were pleasant and courteous, efficient and very neat. They added an electrical outlet, installed my new Samsung and disposed of my old one in less than an hour.

We had two installations due to a manufacture's defect (not Best Buy). The first installation was great 12/17. The second installation (1/13) was terrible. the dishwasher was off center, not 'square', the door hit the cabinet , and they left a tray of water from the kitchen to the curb.
