our installer was in and out!!! Took about a month for them to come out but when he was here he was super professional and nice! Tested the unit before leaving and was really friendly

Our installers were great guys. Our fitting under the sink did not match the one that came with the kit. It was extra to get the fitting. We thought that the kit should have fit more than one application and the installer called BB and got authorization to comp the other fitting.

Two installers arrived--both very knowledgeable, courteous and neat. They removed my old dishwasher and installed the new one without making a mess or damaging anything. I really appreciated receiving a call the morning of service to be given a specific timeframe.

Had to replace our aging Whirlpool. Was excited about the quality and features of Samsung. We've seen stuck on food that our previous washer didn't have, wet dishes at the end of the cycle and no light to indicate 'clean'. Upside is that is quiet. Noticed the washer went on sale just after we purchased, took over 1hr jumping through hoops with Best Buy customer support to get a $50 credit. Waste of our time.

The installer damaged the control panel. He pointed it out to me and ordered a new part. Unfortunately we have had issues getting the new part installed

On time for the installation of the dishwasher. Our installer was neat & courteous when he arrived & was able to complete the install in less than an hour. He also took the old dishwasher with him (only a $15 charge for this service ). A great job as usual by Best Buy!

The installer called the day before and left a voice mail as to all the things we needed to have prepared prior to coming and gave us his estimated time (which was spot on). Then gave us a call when he was 15 minutes away. He thoroughly explained everything and was great!

Installer was a whiz!! Careful, clean, helpful, quick, experienced, knowledgeable. We really appreciated his assistance especially under the special circumstance of C1-. Keep him and give him a raise!

Unfortunately, I had to switch the electric configuration and reschedule my original appointment. I easily got an appointment the following week. The installer gave me his personal number and I arranged through him. He did a great job and it looks great!

Couldn't have been better. From the scheduling to the actual install, it was a breeze. My installer Richard was the best. Bravo!

Courteous and polite were The two installers who came to do the insulation. They remove the old dishwasher and put the new one in place. They recognize that the prior installation have been done incorrectly and recommended a solution above and beyond the minimum.

The installers were professional and knowledgeable. I would appreciate if you have a process in place to have them wear booties on there shoes. It was slushy snow/rain that day. This is a gap for the company to set a policy in place.

After a miscommunication with installations the Marlborough MA store corrected the problem. The installers who came to the house were quick, polite, and great to work with.

Installer was very efficient and professional. All gaps were carefully adjusted and fit. I would highly recommend her. Cleaned up after install and made sure everything looked correct. Also, she gave good instructions for operation. Very happy experience!

The installation went perfectly. The installer was prompt and cleaned up after himself. Since it was during the pandemic, he wore a mask the whole time. He explained how it worked and was very professional.

Did everything needed to get us up and running. Was a long , long wait for our unit to be available But worth the wait
