Great customer service! Purchased items were delivered on time and were installed professionally. Best Buy was out of one item that I had purchased, however, they scheduled a date when item arrived. Best Buy was punctual and item was installed professionally

Installers arrived in the window they gave me. They got the install done quickly. The dishwasher worked.

The professional third-party installers made sure I knew how to work the dishwasher before leaving. Not only that, but when I mentioned we were thinking about replacing floors soon, they mentioned the little gotchas around this dishwasher to make sure it was easy to repair if any issues.

the guys were very good and helpful with the installations and questions. They weren't as great on the cleanup.

My dishwasher installer called the day before to let me know what time he would be here. He showed up on time, installed the dishwasher, tested it to make sure it was running properly and gave me a quick demo on how to use it.

Although the prices (especially for the range) were great, the experience was so poor that after 6 weeks of trying to resolve it, I've decided to cancel my order and look for the two items elsewhere. I have spent lost time from work, spent countless hours on the phone with various geek squad reps (I lost count of how many) and I still could not resolve the issues. First dishwasher purchase I made was a complete failure. It was cancelled without explanation, then when I tried to understand why, I kept getting a different answer. They ranged from "you canceled it" to "we lost it and have no idea where it is" to "the store made a mistake and lost it" to "it will be there tomorrow" to "we ran out of the model I purchased" (even though I bough the floor model), to finally "we damaged it during transit, you'll need to buy another one because we do not have that model anymore." So I did, a more expensive model but I did get some break on cost, even though it still was significantly more expensive then I had originally paid for the damaged one. Then my oven wasn't delivered because they had "run out of power cords". There may have been another cancelation or two in there somewhere, but finally came the day of delivery and the installer of the dishwasher came in, walked into my kitchen. Took two quick measurements and said that my bosch was too tall and would likely not fit. In fact, the left side would fit but the right side was about 1/4 inch off. He listed the dishwashers I should avoid (basically all the dishwashers BestBuy carries). I suggested helping him remove the range which was next to the already existing dishwasher to give him more room and potentially easier access to install it and he wasn't interested. He left. He was over for maybe 3-5 mins, if that. I never even saw the box. I called BestBuy who told me that isn't how it should be and was going to call him to come back and try. I didn't want that considering he didn't look interested and at that point I didn't trust him. They said they would reschedule with another installation crew. I then changed my oven delivery to match the day the dishwasher was to be installed. So fast forward another two weeks and the night before the install, i get a call from the same guy who came the first time. I called BestBuy and asked why didn't they follow through because they promised they would send another installation crew. After being on the phone for easily and hour or two, they said they could reschedule it with another crew but that it wouldn't happen the day they promised... I purchased my appliances on January 11th and not it was the 21st of February! I decided to just cancel both orders because I a) can't trust BestBuy will follow though and b) why would I support a corporation that is so grossly dysfunctional. After being a loyal customer whose bought TVs, laptops, iPads, iPhones, computers, entertainment systems, smart watches, toner, printers, you name it all from BestBuy, I have decided I will begin supporting local retailers who actually will welcome my business and fix issues in a reasonable manner.

Could not install it flat to cabnits. Then tripped our electrical panel where we had to have a electricians out to reset the panel because the installer didn’t have a idea what he was doing

The install guy was Very professional and knowledgeable about my product. After installation he walked me through how to use the dishwasher allowing me to ask any questions.

The guys were punctual which I loved. One guy was training the other guy, but both seemed very knowledgeable. Didn't take all that long to install overall.

Best Buy uses an outside company to come In and install. They were very friendly and professional. I plan on using Best Buy installation services again when I buy my new appliances in the future.

Ronnie, the installer, did a fantastic job installing the dishwasher. He installed the new dishwasher and took away the old one and you would never know he was there, he was so clean. Ronnie explained how to operate the machine and answered all our questions.

I got the free service/installation with purchase of dishwasher. Took the guys approximately two hours to install. There was some plastic trimming around the dishwasher that took some time to install and helps seal in the sound. They were polite/clean and on time.

Installers were prompt and effecient. I highly recommend using Best Buy's installers. Not too expensive either.

The guys came in as a 2 member team and finished the install very quickly. Cleaned up everything after they finished the install. Highly recommended
