We had our Bosch dishwasher installed by the Best Buy installer. He was very professional, did an excellent job with the installation, and even gave me a few tips on other products (like a vacuum robot) that I should consider. Excellent!

Best money I spent redoing my kitchen was paying for appliance installation. I am DIYing most of it, so it was nice to let someone else handle installation. They also moved my old dishwasher to my garage for me (because I was selling it), otherwise I had the option of letting them recycle it.

Techs. were polite, careful and installed LG Dishwasher quickly and took away old washer and cartons.

Slight hick up, but BB made it right. The fittings were initially wrong, but we got the right parts and it went smoothly.

Josh and Brandon delivered and installed our new KitchenAid dishwasher. They were well organized, detail oriented, aimed for perfection and were very friendly. All in all very professional.

During my installation, the installer broke my water line. I was told to pay for the fix and I would be reimbursed. Then it turned into…”we can only reimburse you if an insurance adjuster comes out.” The repair cost me $500. I have never had an insurance adjuster come, I’ve never had a follow up call, and can never get through to customer service. I want my $500 reimbursed but it seems even though Best Buy is worth billions, shelling out the $500 repair for a mistake THEY made is just too much on the purse strings. I will never recommend people buy appliances through Best Buy.

Dishwasher installation was good. Technician called ahead of time for the installation.

Al was great. Very friendly, courteous and professional. I appreciated him wearing his mask the entire time. He installed the dishwasher quickly, cleaned up any messes and hauled out my old dishwasher. A great experience.

I really appreciated how quick, efficient, friendly and quality of service was for installing my new dishwasher! I usually hand wash items so it was extra nice when they took the time to test my dishwasher and explain how it works to me before leaving :)
