Installation couldn't have gone easier. Our service rep was professional and very communicative - In fact, she was able to get in touch with me and come even earlier than our original service time slot. She was neat, very polite and super quick. Would highly recommend.

The dishwasher is wonderful and washes very good. However it does not dry well even when on extended dry cycle so I am not pleased with that at all.

this seems redundant, but the items were installed at the same time; hence the same comments. the technicians that came to my house were both friendly and professional. they were efficient and neat and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely request this team again

I paid to get a fridge and dishwasher delivered. While best buys emails and text confirmed the date and time i had reserved for delivery, i kept receiving texts from the 3rd party vendor that my appointment had been changed at a different time. What's the point of choosing a specific time if they will change it for one that fits them better. The guys were nice but they scrached the trim in one of the fridge's doors. Also i had to teach one of the installers how to properly adjust the front legs on the dishwasher without damaging them. Good people but they need to be trained. They didn't use an aplliance dolly. They had to remove the front door and while puting it back, the brought out an impact screwgun that stripped all the wood where the short screws were. I didn't report the scratch because i didn't want to get them in trouble. If i had known this, i would've done it myself.

Had my electric range installed also by Best Buy. Wish they could have done it on the same day and time but not sure the same installers could install both a range and dishwasher. Other than that they were quick and also gave me a quick overview.

The installation went off without a hitch. They called about 20 min before they got here. They were very courteous and explained in detail what they were doing and how the dishwasher operated. Both very friendly and very happy with the installation.

The two technicians were friendly and courteous. The drain hose was not correctly installed - it restricted use of kitchen faucet hose - but was an easy fix.

The installer had obviously installed a lot of dishwashers. Answered all my questions. I work in real estate and the dishwasher comes up short a lot on home inspections, so I was pleased at how he fielded all my questions. He gets a 10 out of 10 on my installation!

The company that came to install the dishwasher did a fantastic job. Tyrone was excellent, knew what he was doing, arrived on time, cleaned up and tested things.

the installers were friendly and on time and did a good job. I gave it a 4 because there was a tiny tear in the floor from removing the old dishwasher.

Still waiting for Kitchen Cabinets to be installed they have been very good about keeping in touch to see when I will be done

My dishwasher installation went smoothly. My installer did it without incident, ran it before leaving, and took time to explain how he installed it so I understood any differences with the replacement. I highly recommend them!
