Geek Squad and scholars came in informed me on what their procedure was and perform that procedure flawlessly and then cleaned up after themselves and then show me how to use the dishwasher

The installer called the day before and left a voice mail as to all the things we needed to have prepared prior to coming and gave us his estimated time (which was spot on). Then gave us a call when he was 15 minutes away. He thoroughly explained everything and was great!

Our installers were great guys. Our fitting under the sink did not match the one that came with the kit. It was extra to get the fitting. We thought that the kit should have fit more than one application and the installer called BB and got authorization to comp the other fitting.

I am very disappointment, it took 37 days and 5, yes 5 scheduled appointments to install a basic dishwasher. First visit the tech did not have the appropriate materials on his truck and had to reschedule, the second appointment he arrived with the correct equipment but somehow mysteriously forgot to bring the actual dishwasher 3rd appointment no one showed up 4th appointments they decided to cancel at the last minute and then finally on the 5th appointment they were able to get this installed. I sat and waited for hours each day only to be disappointed. The people on the phone lines were very helpful in trying to resolve the problems but apparently this is a true example of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing since apparently BestBuy subcontracts out the installation. I'm very disappointed and I purchased many many many appliances from BestBuy over the years and this was not what I expected

Had to replace our aging Whirlpool. Was excited about the quality and features of Samsung. We've seen stuck on food that our previous washer didn't have, wet dishes at the end of the cycle and no light to indicate 'clean'. Upside is that is quiet. Noticed the washer went on sale just after we purchased, took over 1hr jumping through hoops with Best Buy customer support to get a $50 credit. Waste of our time.

Delivery and installation technician was excellent in every way!

Installer had to remove the old dishwasher, which was not installed properly, which was time consuming and difficult. But he persevered and got it done. We were very happy with the service.

Home Depot, Lowes and Sears all said NO to installation because my town requires a licensed plumber to install a dishwasher.. Best Buy said YES, and sent a master plumber for no additional charge. He was courteous, clean and professional. Highly recommend.

I believe I mentioned this in the original review, but the installation was done quietly and efficently buy a person who really knew what he was doing. I was so glad to have that kind of service.

Initially I ordered a dishwasher that was too large. Installer tried his best but was unable to fit it in. He uninstalled it so we could put in the smaller sized one we subsequently bought. Nice, polite, respetful, knowledgeable and mainly patient!

Juan did a great job installing the dishwasher since it was previously installed incorrectly!

I have to break this down between delivery and installation since it encompasses both. The installation was very good and I would give that a 5 out of 5. The delivery did not happen on the day it was supposed to happen. I did not receive a call from either Best Buy or the 3rd party company doing the delivery and installation. I had to call at 5:30 the original installation day (my time was 7:00am-11:00am) to find out why it did not happen. I had to call 3 more times the following day plus another the day after that - still not receiving any calls. When I received my rescheduled date 3 days later - I was put at the end of the line for installations - so basically 1 1/2 weeks after the original date. I would still recommend this - Best Buy needs to improve their process.

Excellent install technicians handled this install without issue. Technicians did an excellent job explaining the features and how to use the washer.

Technician told me everything he was going to do before he did it and told me I would need to pay extra to have an outlet installed. I would use this service again.

My first delivery... front panel was damaged. My second delivery... unit was defective and not properly installed. My third delivery... unit was installed properly and works very well. Cudos to Best Buy for standing behind their product. And to me for my patience.

my dishwasher was installed by BILLY. He did a verygood job. He made sure everything was working properly before he left.

We had a problem with the dishwasher letting all the water out. We called Best Buy and they sent a technician out immediately and corrected the problem. Thank you for your good customer service!

The guy who did the installation was just perfect! He did it right, even helping us with advice when we mentioned we were planning new tile in the near future.
