The installer did a great job, he checked everything and he remov the old one out put the new one on and make sure it is working good. He also remind us call him if we have any problem or concern. Best Buy they stand behind their work. Highly recommended

The installation crew was extremely friendly and did a great job. They even noticed that my prior unit had been installed incorrectly which was causing dirty water to not get drained properly, which caused it to smell sometimes, and fixed it at no cost.

The installer not only installed my diswasher quickly and neatly, but he also explained to me the various facets of the installation. He ran the dishwasher to make sure the install was working, and he explained features of the appliance to help me use it properly.

After a miscommunication with installations the Marlborough MA store corrected the problem. The installers who came to the house were quick, polite, and great to work with.

Ariel and Ricky (Megabrothers) were the best installers I ever had to install appliances. The were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. If ordering appliance to being installed make sure to request them!

The company that came to install the dishwasher did a fantastic job. Tyrone was excellent, knew what he was doing, arrived on time, cleaned up and tested things.

Everyone couldn't have been kinder, but Best Buy as a company should be able to do a better job with improved analytics from a managerial / supervisory standpoint to know when something doesn't seem right. The Install team on two different dates arrived once at my house without the dishwasher and another time they called and said they were 5 minutes away and then called back to say they don't have the machine on the truck. Finally, after the installation took place I kept on receiving text messages about an upcoming installation. Also, Best Buy should inform that delivery has been passed on to X team . . . and then not communicate any expected delivery time, because that was confusing. I rec'd vender notice about coming between 11:00 - 1:00 pm and then rec'd a notice from best buy for a different time range. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the installation of our new dishwasher by the Geek Squad. The lady that installed it was very knowledgeable about our dishwasher, and not only installed it but showed us how to use it and maintain it. She was very pleasant and helpful.
