Chris did a wonderful job installing the new dishwasher. After several incompetent installers from KitchenAid and several month of waiting, Best Buy sent Chris! Perfect job done! YEAH!

Be careful of Best Buy’s installers. The guy came to my home and wanted to charge me 270 to install a part for the dishwasher. He claimed to one I had was old and that it cost $45 at Lowe’s so I really didn’t understand what I paying for. I told him no I wasn’t given him extra cash. And had to turn around and pay some one else to install the dishwasher. The did it with no problem. The guy was trying to make some extra cash off me.

I watched my new dishwasher get installed (within the time frame) by a person that knew what they were doing under my kitchen sink. When finished, there was nothing for me to clean up. It sometimes takes a “Geek to Tweak” an installation.

I would recommend our new LG dishwasher. Easy to read cycles. Also our installers were great, efficient and courteous.

We needed this product for our installation, so it did what it needed to do.

We were incredibly impressed with the installer of our dishwasher. He was friendly, knowledgeable and we appreciated that kept us informed throughout the installation.

Good job of actual installation , however, disappointed there wasn’t adequate protection of kitchen flooring.

Excellent install technicians handled this install without issue. Technicians did an excellent job explaining the features and how to use the washer.

They were mask and ask if I could work in another room due to Covid-19. They removed the old dw quickly and installed the new one rather quickly. Not sure if they knew that it was not as flush as the old one or not.

We were very pleased with the installer. He was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and neat. A rare find. Thank you.

Great dishwasher and great installers!!! The installers were very efficient and careful about the floors during the installation to make sure they did not mess up anything. They did a great job and the entire installation was very quick. I would definitely recommend them.

The team was professional and courteous. The quickly figured how to adapt the drain hose to our standard copper pipe.

Everyone couldn't have been kinder, but Best Buy as a company should be able to do a better job with improved analytics from a managerial / supervisory standpoint to know when something doesn't seem right. The Install team on two different dates arrived once at my house without the dishwasher and another time they called and said they were 5 minutes away and then called back to say they don't have the machine on the truck. Finally, after the installation took place I kept on receiving text messages about an upcoming installation. Also, Best Buy should inform that delivery has been passed on to X team . . . and then not communicate any expected delivery time, because that was confusing. I rec'd vender notice about coming between 11:00 - 1:00 pm and then rec'd a notice from best buy for a different time range. Thank you!

The young men were efficient and helpful. Very impressive - I would ask for them again. It is because of them that I plan on returning to this store to get another appliance in the near future.

The installers did a great job - they arrived in the window of time that was quoted in initial scheduling, called in advance of arrival (gave about 20-30 minutes heads up they were on their way), and did the install in less than 45 minutes. No issues on this install.

My install tech Antonio was very knowledgeable and capable and had my new Bosch dishwasher installed in about 1hr from time arrived to leaving. Antonio called ahead to confirm arrival time and was right on time, he surpassed all my expectations !!!

The installers that came to my house did an excellent job! I am so happy with the experience! On a scale of 1 - 5, I give them a 10!
