The gentlemen who delivered and installed my dishwasher were great. Very knowledgable, easy to work with and did it very quickly. Could not have asked for better service!

Two guys came after calling to let me know when they would arrive. In and out in less than one hour. Were careful of my wood floor and cleaned up after themselves. Also took away the old one.

Installer arrived on-time and was very good. Old unit removed & hauled away and new unit installed & working within 1/2 hour. Worth the nominal charges for installation & haul-away!

Last year, I had best buy install a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. The experience is great. They give a time window and have always arrived in the said window. The installation team has also always been great at what they do.

We needed this product for our installation, so it did what it needed to do.

Best Buy installed the dishwasher in a timely manner by a excellent installer. They also did a Great Job, and explained things to me. Don't pay to have your old dishwasher taken ($15.00), the garbage man or anyone driving down the street will pick it up for scrap metal.

Installer did NOT know how to install Dishwasher. Called 2nd installer who also did NOT know how to install..but left acting like he completed the install! Dishwasher pulled out when you tried to open the door! We had to purchase brackets and do install ourselves. Fighting to get $$ back!

I have always had a great experience with the Geek Squad. When installing my dishwasher, they kept me informed when they would arrive, showed up on time, did the installation quickly, cleaned up everything, and showed me how everything operated. They were top notch.

The totaltech guys have been great. We had a slight issue with a leak on our dishwasher and after a little troubleshooting it was decided to replace instead.

Jason and Adrian installed our dishwasher and microwave. Both were very knowledgeable of their work besides being courteous. They gave us information about the appliances like how to operate, cleaned the appliances after installment. Best Buy should be proud to have them as staff.

Got the job done eventually, but struggled quite a bit. Chipped the edge of the cabinet a bit.
