Very nice dishwasher and easy to use and acclimate to! It was a good fit for my kitchen and space and goes well with all of my other appliances! I would make the purchase again... Love it!

XPO came today (8-13-2021) they were extremely professional, followed CDC guidelines, fast service, and explained to me exactly how to operate the dishwasher. I give the 2 techs 10****.

Love my new dishwasher! Especially the top part for small items like the plastic lids from glass containers, sponges, etc.

I am very skeptical about services offered these days, it's hard to get a job done correctly. I was 100% happy with the Geek Squad technician that installed my dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I definitely would use this service again.

Best dishwasher! Our salesperson was very kind and helpful, geek squad installed the appliance fast and efficiently. We had problems with the delivery but thankfully everything worked out.

The installer screwed and unscrewed multiple times in the same area during installation. And also weakened the wood around the dishwasher considerably. Now the dishwasher door is not shutting after a few uses. I don’t know if it’s a leaving issue. I have no idea at this point. I am so frustrated.

The wait and delays were ridiculous. This dishwasher was setup for delivery 3 different times and I wasn’t notified until the day before delivery. I think Best Buy could have done better communicating with me.

The installers were professional and effeceint. I had an unexpected cost of $350 which was not in my budget as the intstallers informed me that they had to install an outlet and drain system. They stated this was because the power source was outdated and that Best Buy should have discussed this with before hand.

The team who came to my house was very professional and they did an amazing installation job. They took their time and made necessary adjustments during the install.

I guess the job they did was satisfactory install the new one and took the old 1 away. It was just really expensive for the ease of installing a dishwasher like a dishwasher and then they charge the additional $170 to install a plug And that was totally an outrageous charge. The whole installation charges added up to as much as the dishwasher cost.

The installers were great! They knew exactly what to do and were able to answer all the questions we had. They were professional and polite. We really liked them.

Efficient and professional installation of our appliance by Best Buy’s local contractor.

On May 22, I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy. After two unsuccessful installation attempts, Best Buy left the dishwasher at my home. I managed to get it installed on June 1, only to find that it was defective—it would not drain or dry my dishes. I contacted Bosch customer service and despite the product being only 9 days old, they wanted me to pay for someone to come out and service the machine. We ran multiple tests and the dishwasher simply would not drain properly and left the dishes soaking wet after each attempt. I had purchased the 5 year extended warranty from Best Buy. And I was certain they could help me when Bosch couldn't. I contacted Best Buy customer service, and they informed me that while they could replace the dishwasher, I would need to pay for the installation. This was contrary to the original purchase agreement, which included free installation. I refused to pay for the additional service, resulting in them retrieving the defective dishwasher. I pleaded both in-store and over the phone for them to honor the sale's original terms, including free installation and delivery, but I was repeatedly denied. During my visit to the store, I waited for half an hour before anyone approached me. When I asked to speak with a manager, my request was denied, with the staff claiming there was nothing they could do. I received the same response from customer service over the phone. This has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating retail experiences I have encountered in my 40 years.

They were knowledgable and did a good work! The young person was super helpful.

This is a necessary part for installation,..... they made it easy for me by telling me what was needed so didn't need to figure that part out!
