The installation went off without a hitch. They called about 20 min before they got here. They were very courteous and explained in detail what they were doing and how the dishwasher operated. Both very friendly and very happy with the installation.

Had to keep tabs on the weather - it was raining and had to tell team to bring dishwasher in and not leave it outside in the rain. Insulation was getting wet, etc.

Dishwasher not flush with cabinet due to rear wheels on this model. Installer took his time to explain and show us, and gave us options. Very knowledgeable.

The installation team was great. The first call found water under the old dishwasher so the had to leave the dishwasher without installing it. We fixed the water issue and called for installation. The same team came and quickly installed the dishwasher. Good guys.

The team from bestbuy/Kitchen installers were professionals. I had the original builder dish washer which was too noisy and loosely fitted. The removal and setup took 45 minutes and did need to power down the house or water mains. Perfectly fitted.

Installation couldn't have gone easier. Our service rep was professional and very communicative - In fact, she was able to get in touch with me and come even earlier than our original service time slot. She was neat, very polite and super quick. Would highly recommend.

The installer had obviously installed a lot of dishwashers. Answered all my questions. I work in real estate and the dishwasher comes up short a lot on home inspections, so I was pleased at how he fielded all my questions. He gets a 10 out of 10 on my installation!

The two technicians were friendly and courteous. The drain hose was not correctly installed - it restricted use of kitchen faucet hose - but was an easy fix.
