The technician did a nice job cleaned up and no issues He was a plumber by training

They forgot to hook up drainage causing problems when they returned they said pump was broken Another came to replace dishwasher but found the problem unfortunately it still doesn’t dry dishes

The installers arrived when they said they would. Installation was fast. They were friendly and courteous. I would use this service again

The installer came to the door and I showed him to the kitchen. After he opened the box and made sure it was the right dishwasher, he went about removing the old and putting in the new. He was fast and quiet. I wish all installers were this wonderful!!!!!!

Be aware that the installers they use are private contractors and not Best Buy employees. They got the job done, but took a ridiculously long time to do so.

No real problems, although the steam escapes and effects my cabinets.

Installer went out of the to complete the install. He took the time to explain the functionality and wanted to make sure with how the install looked.

The install team was fast, efficient, skilled and clean. In less than 45 minutes from pulling up they were driving off.

Recommendation is not to use the old connections. This one has all the small things you need to hook up the dishwasher either by yourself of assisted. May be if you buy piece by piece you might save couple of bucks but, for me it is not worth the pain - this is perfect.

The install of my dishwasher was excellent because the installer knew exactly what he was doing. He was also very courteous and even showed me some of the features of the new dishwasher.

The dishwasher arrived, and upon installation, the installer noticed that the door was not closing correctly. Thus, I called and without too much discussion with anyone, set a date for another brand new appliance to be delivered and installed. I'm happy!

Our installer called and showed up when promised. The installer took time to make sure it was properly installed, running correctly and gave some basic tutorial instructions on the buttons and cycles. Everything was handled professionally.

I was given a two hours bracket the night before. They called 30 minutes before showing up, right in the middle of the bracket! They protected the floor in the entrance and in the kitchen. When they were done, the kitchen was left spotless! Great team and superb job!

The Geek Squad got the old dishwasher out, and the new one in quickly. Everything looks good, and is working fine. I have always done my own installations in the past. But having someone who knew what they where doing handle it, this time, was great.

The gentleman, Mike, that installed the dishwasher was excellent. Kept in contact with updates on his arrival and worked very quickly
