The install team did a great job. Unfortunately, the first dishwasher we bought had damage when they opened the box. They let us know right away. When they brought the second one, their manager was with them to make sure we were happy. The team did a great job.

I purchased this with my new dishwasher, and the installer used it successfully. The only thing that I did not realize is that this is not a direct connection, but requires a has a plug that needs to be inserted into a sosket. The installers had to install the new socket.

Took out the old one and gave me time to clean, while he got the new product. Tested and explained how to use the new dishwasher in words anyone can understand. Quality install job, fast but careful not to damage my floors.

Installation was fast and friendly. Our opening for the dishwasher was barely larger than the minimum requirements and the install team found a way to get the dishwasher installed. They were great with running through the product features too.

First man sent to my home couldn't install because he said he could only do the range. Once it was installed the man sent out was very knowledgeable.

They were very neat, clean, and professional. 100percent happy with the installation team. First time purchasing an appliance from Best Buy, and would not hesitate purchasing appliances from them again

They were mask and ask if I could work in another room due to Covid-19. They removed the old dw quickly and installed the new one rather quickly. Not sure if they knew that it was not as flush as the old one or not.

Did not show for pre-inspection and installation, despite being confirmed the day before scheduled date/time. Had to reschedule. Literly had to suffer through HOURS of BestBuy telephone tag with customer service(?) before I was finally connected with manager of local manager. Took a personal meeting with manager IN STORE before a satisfactory solution was achieved. Delivery still resulted in an extra week before installation was complete.

Excellent job! THE delivery and installation team was professiona, courteous and accommodating.

The installer stayed in touch, offered to come early, handled any difficulties that came up, was friendly, yet on task, completed the installation in a timely and as expected manner. He explained as he went along and answered all questions.

I ordered a dishwasher to be delivered, installed and then the old one hauled away. The installers arrive with the dishwasher and upon inspecting my old dishwasher, they inform me that they cannot install the new one without me hiring a plumber to come and install a separate valve. That was disappointing but fair enough - I understood. I hire a plumber who comes out the next week and corrects my plumbing. However, now I am without a dishwasher because my old one was connected to the old plumbing. Fair enough, as well. I go to reschedule the installation. I have to schedule a week out. That sucks, its now 2 weeks I have had the new dishwasher just sitting here. Oh well, I am just excited to have a good dishwasher. Day of appointment comes and no one shows up. I miss half a day of work because of the ridiculous window they give you. I call Best Buy and ask what is going on. I spend 30+ minutes on hold only to get a person who's English is so broken, that it takes another 30 minutes for them to try and pull up my order, explain to me that there was a system error and then make me a new appointment for ANOTHER WEEK OUT. Day of 3rd appointment arrives. NO ONE SHOWS UP. Again, I lose another half day of work. I call Best Buy. I wait for 20 minutes on hold again. They tell me that the 3rd party service provider had cancelled the appointment due to a weather advisory (which was actually 3 days PRIOR to my appointment). No one had the courtesy to call me. This guy (with great English) tells me how sorry he is and assures me that I will get a gift card for at least 15% of my entire order due to all of the hassle. However, they cannot give me that until after the services are completed and I will have to call in AGAIN. Oh well. I schedule ANOTHER appointment. We have now had the dishwasher for almost a month. Today, the dishwasher was installed. Awesome! So, I call back in for my discount. Of course, I get someone that cannot speak English very well and she is arguing with me currently about how much she can compensate me. Offering me $19 off the entire order and the installation for free. Nowhere near what I was promised. I asked to speak with a manager and she told me I have to wait. In the mean time she keeps trying to offer me a tiny bit more. I keep having to tell her that I will wait for the manager. I have been on this call now for over 30 minutes waiting for a manager. I have wasted so much time and lost so much work. This isn't for anything complicated either. All related to Bests Buy's service and support failures. I am so angry and disappointed.

Technician was great and did a good install. Replaced old valve as well. Really professional, Would highly recommend

The two gentlemen who delivered and installed my new dishwasher and microwave were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were timely and everything went well. I wish I remembered their names so I could send a public shout-out.

Very courteous and neat and clean entering the home with the booties to protect the floor in and out. Ask about the failings of the one he was replacing. Worked steady in and out in the rain, I was very satisfied with the time it was done in.

Guys did a great job installing the dishwashing machine. They even noticed a leak in one of our pipes under the sink and brought it to our attention so we could get it fixed by a plumber.

Great customer service and installation. Best Buy have helped me through out my 20 + years I have been in my house and bought appliances from here all the time it’s needed.

The installation team did an excellent job removing my old dishwasher and installing my new one. They were fantastic.

The guys were able to install the dishwasher pretty quickly without incident. We didn't get as much heads up as we would've liked, but the service was good
