The install of my dishwasher was excellent because the installer knew exactly what he was doing. He was also very courteous and even showed me some of the features of the new dishwasher.

The on-site techs were great! They are known as “The Thomases”. Couldn’t have asked for better people. However, the first time they showed, they did not have the proper drain hose. They turned in an order for said hose and told us we would be notified to reschedule. Weeks went by and nothing about rescheduling. So, I called support. They said to do the schedule through the app and buy the hose myself. I did. When the techs returned for the install, they used the old hose, causing me to waste money on the new one and suffer the long wait and frustration. Hence, the low score. Best Buy’s system broke down and the efforts of the individuals involved saved the day. About this time, I received a call from Magnolia to come to my home to assist in recommending a new surround system. Needless to say, if Best Buy can’t manage the installation of the dishwasher, I’m not letting you anywhere near a $10k sound system.

Installation and old dishwasher haul-away was precise and professional. The item was open-box - but flawlessly delivered/installed, using Totaltech support.

Alberto and the other installer was very friendly. They were very carful and answered my questions in the best possible way.

I was very impressed with the whole installation process. The guys were very professional. I wouldn’t have known anyone had been here that morning if there hadn’t been this wonderful new dishwasher to show evidence of their work. Great job!

Love the L G appliances. They look great and are very easy to use . The tech guys were great and very knowledgeable with their installation and operation of appliances.

They took forever to come to my house, and I even waited around one Saturday only for them to tell me 11 pm or Sunday morning. I went with Sunday morning.

It was easy to install. The stainless steal goes really well in my kitchen. The backsplash pulls in some of the colors making for a fantastic overall kitchen.

When installing original dishwasher, installers noticed damage and had to reorder a new machine. Had to wait but when they installed the new machine they did a stellar job.
