The company that removed and installed our dish washer did a wonderful job. He made sure it was running correctly before he left my house.

Disaster. Had all set up and waited 2 weeks. BB subcontracted co arrived TO TELL ME ELEC FROM OLD DWASH no longer up to code. Nobody mentioned checking elec outlet location to me online, on phone or in store EVER. I was told by employees THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME WITH BBUY ......we tell them all the time. This infuriates customers, wastes lots of time....etc. In the 2 week period I could have had an electrician there!!! This could be EASILY PUT ON WEBSITE ......PROPER ELEC OUTLET FOR YOUR DISHWASHER. Horrible. The new DW sat in middle of my kitchen till electrician could come....then installers scheduled out another 2 weeks. Just a nightmare.

Installation service is good but the price is expensive!

Not only did the installers do an excellent job without delays, but they even told me about some underlying issues that needed to be addressed in the plumbing under my sink. Awesome!

Kevin, installer was great. Installed at my 92 year old mothers house. Explained operation with patience, professionalism and caring that she understood how to use it.

Despite our best attempts at measuring our new Kitchenaid dishwasher did not fit easily into the space where the old one was. The Best Buy installers spent the extra time, worked a few tricks, and made it work anyway. We're very pleased with the installation!

These gentleman knew what they were doing and took the time to explain the products They showed me how to use the dishwasher, where to place items and what they liked most about the product. I very pleased.

It was well worth the headache of not having to install it myself and deal with the unforeseen issues, Best Buy guys new exactly how to install it after removing the old one. They were quick, clean and did a great job.
