Arrival time was communicated and tech showed up on time. Installation was done well and area left clean.

The gentleman who installed it were WONDERFUL! They came when they said they would, they were polite, professional, and knowledgeable!

They did not install it because the guys said the dishwasher wasn’t near the sink. So, they left it and told me I had to get a professional person to hook it up! They didn’t even remove the old dishwasher. I had to get some one else to temkve, haul it away and him up the new dishwasher.

The installers were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They arrived an time and were happy to answer my questions. Very happy with the service they provided.

When one of our kids dishwasher broke we immediately ordered one from Best Buy. They came on time, installed it perfectly and took away the old one. Couldn't have asked for more!

These guys were very hurried and forgot to take my old appliances (which I paid for). I had to call them to come back and get old appliances. Additionally, although they wore masks in my house (due to COVID-19), they lowered them when talking to me and come into my bedroom area rather than knocking on the door as I had requested. Safety/health protocol needs improvement!

Extremely satisfied with the Installation of a dishwasher. They called the night before, and when they were on their way. Both installers were knowledgable, courteous, cleaned up after the install and made the install a pleasant experience.

The installer was very careful with the removal of old dishwasher and install of new. He explained how it worked and was even nice enough to help me move some stuff from in front of the electrical box so he would have access to it.

The Lone Star installation guys were terrific. They were on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up the area, explained the dishwasher and were very pleasant.
