They did not install it because the guys said the dishwasher wasn’t near the sink. So, they left it and told me I had to get a professional person to hook it up! They didn’t even remove the old dishwasher. I had to get some one else to temkve, haul it away and him up the new dishwasher.

The installation team consisted of two of the nicest fellows you'd ever want to meet. Personable, professional, did a great job teaching us about the dishwasher and how to use it, AND cleaned up the work area neat as a pin when they were done!

Best Buy’s Dishwasher Installation was seamless! I was worried after the 1st one I ordered was too deep! This one just slid right in!

Stated they would be at my home between 9:00am-Noon. Around 10:45am they called said they was on their way. They were true to their word. Finished in less than 45 minutes.

Much better than original install. Don’t remember who installed first time around, my mother was home. Second time around, my husband was home. Things going well.

Installation was free. Installer was friendly, knowledgeable, polite and well organized. Dishwasher was installed, packing cleaned up and old dishwasher removed in relatively short time. Super happy with installation. Highly recommend this service.

It certainly did not take very long, I was a little disappointed that it did not come with a manuel. Everything is on line I was told.
