The installers of the dishwasher I purchased from Best Buy were excellent. They were courteous, friendly, and very efficient. Answered my questions and did a professional job.

My Geek Squad guys were right on time. They patiently explained (in response to my many questions) what they were doing during installation. They reviewed the user manual and discussed different options of use. They really knew the dishwasher landscape.

Appointment confirmation to install was better than expected. Love the prep check list it was very helpful. Install team was excellent.

Anything that I need and is sold at Best Buy I try to buy it from them . The customer service in appliances was excellent , they answered all my questions and the installation was very professional and on time .

No issues. The fridge install was a disaster. Make sure they haul away everything on the trip. They will not come back even if they say they will.

the installer did a good job. Even though I would have preferred the dishwasher to be set back a few more inches to it would not be sticking out so much but the installer said it can not be done!

It was a relief to have the Best Buy Installation Team complete the install in one trip. I was afraid that we would have to schedule an electrician to complete the install, thus dragging the process out for another day or two. Well done Best Buy!

Nice design, good quality, easy to use, and good customer service

The installer gave a courtesy call when he was 30 minutes out, arrived on time and efficiently did the install. He didn't leave any mess and ran a quick cycle to make sure all was in working order. Quite pleasant to deal with.

Disaster. Had all set up and waited 2 weeks. BB subcontracted co arrived TO TELL ME ELEC FROM OLD DWASH no longer up to code. Nobody mentioned checking elec outlet location to me online, on phone or in store EVER. I was told by employees THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME WITH BBUY ......we tell them all the time. This infuriates customers, wastes lots of time....etc. In the 2 week period I could have had an electrician there!!! This could be EASILY PUT ON WEBSITE ......PROPER ELEC OUTLET FOR YOUR DISHWASHER. Horrible. The new DW sat in middle of my kitchen till electrician could come....then installers scheduled out another 2 weeks. Just a nightmare.

He was meticulous with the installation. Also, very polite and knowledgeable about the appliance. He answered questions and made sure I knew the basics about how to operate the appliance before he left.
