I think almost everyone should purchase the installation--there was a lot of things for the installers to do--and I don't think that many people would have the know-how or patience to do this themselves. We're very happy we bought it.

Geek Squad removed old dishwasher and installed new one. They made sure everything was operating on the new one. Installation was part of Tech Support Subscription and cost only 49.00. Well worth the cost.

I wish the installers were there when we were buying the first dishwasher. When they came to remove the Samsung and swap in the Kitchen Aid they commented on how many returns they get of the Samsung. I guess this isn't part of the sales training!

Best Buy provided Professional Installation (& Usage Training after the install.) They hauled off old dishwasher as part of the service. The installer seemed knowledgeable about dishwasher brands and installs. It took about an hour to install.

We were very impressed with the efficient workers who delivered and installed our dishwasher. They disconnected the old and installed the new dishwasher with 30 min. They explained operation and left the area in spotless condition. Great service.

Worst installation ever…when he turned the water off under the sink (which was totally empty) it caused a leak that he did not notice till water and starting on our wooden floor quite always. He was struggling with assembly, the insulation you wrap was pulled back and he fought to push dishwasher back in its place. The dishwasher we replaced is the exact same kitchen-aid model and size and it fit fine. It’s still out more than it should be. Since there was a leak he could not test run it. We soaked up towels to get water off the floor. Paid $200 to plumber to repair leak. We had bought a Kitchenaid Refrigerator from you and had the best installers so this was VERY DISAPPOINTING!
