The two installers who worked on my dishwasher install were professional and did an excellent job of hooking things up. We have an old house, and a couple of things weren't up to code. They repaired/replaced those and quickly had the dishwasher running.

Installer was on-time, took his time and did a great and clean fit into the existing area where the older dishwasher was. Perfection with little else to say. Glad Best Buy did it and not myself.

My installers were Guy and Ron. They did a great job. My kitchen is small but the hoses had to run behind a large corner cabinet which proved to be a challenge. Guy and Ron handled it beautifully and did a great job. They are an asset to your team.

These guys were great. Obviously new what they were doing and were very careful on removal and install to protect the appliances. The guys wore their masks and cleaned up the mess.

The guys who delivered this along with some other appliances were top notch, both super efficient and friendly.

not sure who the fault falls on here but it was an aggravating process in between the purchase and the subsequent install. Appoinments missed and misinformation on scheduling. Install was scheduling prior to delivery etc

Purchased a new Kitchenaid dishwasher to replace our old one which was a terrible quality. Very pleased with installation, done professionally. And LOVE the dishwasher.

They installed the dishwasher quickly and in a professional manner. However when they finished they neglected to turn the water back on. Fortunately I located the shutoff and resolved the issue.
