Install went very smoothly. Installers made sure that the floor was not damaged. They removed old dishwasher and installed new one, made sure it was leveled. Very decent job.

Charles delivered my washer promptly and safely. He called me several times throughout the morning to update me on the delivery, since he had several stops spread throughout the morning. He was very polite and friendly.

The hose was too short. Luckily the installer had more hosei in his truck or he could have made be buy another kit and reschedule the installation.

Though install was very good the non disclosure of additional cost were all but a scam. I met with building inspector regarding permits. Much different story than install company. And the non disclosed administrative fee is illegal. I was hostage to install unless I paid as new dishwasher was in my kitchen. I am working with Best Buy for full reimbursement. I was already give 70 credit. The installers we very good.
