Bought a dishwasher from Best Buy with Geek Squad installation. The installation technician was on-time, polite, handled the whole process quickly, showed me how everything worked, and carted the old dishwasher away. Top notch experience.

Knowable installer with years of experience. Installer was able to fit the dishwasher in the area where the existing was.

Technician called the night before - not a computer. i requested earliest delivery and he was ready to go and got it done. Great service - made space work and didn't complain about circumstances. So thankful for this technician. Couldn't ask for more.

Installer actually came a little early which was perfect. He made sure it was level cleaned up after himself. Also showed ne how to use it.

I've had worse installatins. For Best Buy this was a good one.

They were unable to install the dishwasher. Said they could not get at the shut off valve. I had to call a plumber, he was able to do the job, but it cost me more. I also had to get someone else to haul away the old dishwasher once the job was done.

Installer did an excellent job. He was on time and gave great instruction on using our new washer.

We were impressed with Best Buy's followup text informing us of our installer's ETA. He also phoned five minutes away. Technical expertise and very thorough, answering our questions and demonstrating use of our new dishwasher.
