I have made a complaint on the phone as well. I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy and selected their installation service, which was outsourced to Envision Contracting. I had already paid a flat fee upfront for what was supposed to be a straightforward installation, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. The installer showed up unexpectedly and immediately started pressuring me to proceed, even though I expressed concerns. They then sprung an extra $250 charge on me out of nowhere—nothing about this was disclosed beforehand in any quotes, emails, or discussions. When I objected, they outright refused to complete the installation unless I paid the additional amount right then, essentially holding the job hostage under duress. To add insult to injury, the installer didn't even come prepared with basic tools and supplies. They ended up using my own towels, flashlight, and other household items because they lacked the necessary equipment. Despite the flat fee I paid, I felt completely ripped off with these hidden costs and lack of professionalism. Envision Contracting offered no accountability, no follow-up, and no resolution afterward and neither did Best Buy. They offered $50 back as if that would restore my faith in their brand. This has shattered my confidence in Best Buy's partnered services. Opt for a reliable provider to avoid this kind of coercive, unprepared, and costly ordeal.

The first delivery guy was a total fail and drove away but the team that eventually put the Dishwasher in were terrific. Professional. Tidy. Careful.

I had Best Buy install my new dishwasher when they delivered it. They did a fantastic job, and the individual who installed it was professional and friendly. Installed it in no time, and made sure that everything worked before he left. Would definitely recommend them!

Nice guys to work with and done within an hour. Only issue was one guy forgot to tighten hose clamp to the sink drain. Lucky, I checked everything before it leaked more!

Great dishwasher! Easy to install and very quiet to operate. The biggest advantage is the way that it loads. We can get about 1.5 times more items in this dishwasher, than our old unit. Does a great job cleaning, even with the shorter washing cycles.

They called ahead to annonce their arrival time. They were coutreous cleaned up. and we have had no problems. the samsung dishwasher is as advertized. its great.

Quietest dishwasher we have ever been around! had to put our ear to it to make sure it was running. Beautifully clean dishes and love the three racks. Utensil loading is very nice because each piece stays separated and gets very clean. Love the black stainless.

Company hired by Best Buy were very professional, courteous and respectful of property. They brought the old dishwasher to the curb for me for our local pickup. Did w great job with the installation.

I was really pleased I spent the money to have my new dishwasher installed. Disconnecting the old unit was more involved than I expected and installing the new one was also much more involved than I expected. The technician made short work of the installation. My one issue is that I did not notice that the unit is not 100% parallel to the edge of the counter. One corner protrudes about 1/4 inch from the edge. Being that it is screwed into the cabinets on the sides, the distance is too small to reset the screws.

The install crew arrived within the specified window. Jared installed the new dishwasher in a timely and professional manner with apparent good attention to detail.

The installation was not done by Best Buy employees but by sub-contracted installation techs. I found them to be knowledgeable, professional and courteous. When I found that the electrical supply for the dishwasher was not sufficient, the installer said, "No problem, I am a licensed electrician, I can fix that".

If I could, I would give these guys a 6! They were very attentive to making sure that the product was installed properly. They tested it to make sure there were no leaks and that everything was running properly before leaving.

Purchased a Bosch dishwasher this spring right before the Covid 19 shutdown. It wasn't until mid May when the dishwasher was finally delivered and installed. After using it a few times the screws attaching the brackets to the counter top had fallen out. The dishwasher would practically tip over when I opened the door. After contacting Best Buy another install was scheduled but not until 8-25-2020 by a different contractor. Best Buy was no longer using the contractor that originally did the initial install. This crew had to redo everything the first one had done or not done. It is now properly installed and working great, No problems with the current installation crew.

The installers were very professional. They were not very knowledgeable about installation of this particular type of dishwasher. They did very well in the end.

Very professional and polite. Cleaning up as they went along. Took extra care to get the old dishwasher out within breaking the floor which I had been warned about. Explained use and features. Answered all my questions. I would hire this crew for any job. Arrived on time; called before they came.
