Installation was on time and quick. Very satisfied with thw whole procrss.

Installers were friendly and professional. They answered all our questions.

The install crew was good a lot better than the first one. The first crew could not extend the drain hose. They had to extend the drain hose to install the new Kitchenaid dishwasher and charged me $80 extra. It would have been better if BB told me in advance.

Easy peazy! Sales Rep arranged for installation and it went off without a hitch. Installers were conscientious of our home with their tools and protected counters as well as floor when removing old dishwasher and placing new dishwasher. Thank you!

I chose to use Geek Squad to install my new DW. They were on time, efficient, cleaned up after install & gave me a “tour” of my new machine. They previously installed my new clothes washer & dryer. BB and Geek Squad are my go to store.

not sure who the fault falls on here but it was an aggravating process in between the purchase and the subsequent install. Appoinments missed and misinformation on scheduling. Install was scheduling prior to delivery etc

Thought I’d install the dishwasher myself to save money but discovered in store my geek squad membership covered it. Perfect job done. In and out in no time. No mess. Can’t recommend enough

I am giving a three start because they never installed this dishwasher before. they have done a good job at adding an outlet but. The machine was not safely secured to the counter. It keep rocking

We had a dishwasher delivered and installed. I am being kind giving it 3 stars the delivery men were very nice. However that is where it ends. They obviously did not know how to install the wiring part of it. My husband had to pull it back out and rewire it so it would work.

Your installer was very good. He was professional and quick. He showed us how to use the dishwasher and told us what products to use. He was prompt even though there was a traffic delay due to an accident. You should give him a raise. Seriously.
