The gentlemen that delivered and installed our new dishwasher were very courteous and efficient. They took care to make sure that they didn’t make any messes and verified that the dishwasher worked correctly before they left.

The installer arrive on time and started the process with no issues. However as read in the instruction manual a 5 minute run process is supposed to occur. The installer just started the machine and left. We later found out the machine had a flaw that should have been discovered by the installer but wasn't. If was for us having a small understanding then we would still be waiting for the dishwasher to operate instead having a new one installed.

Install service very good service and quick, they did clean after done install the dishwasher.

I go to Best buy for all of my appliances. Always have. Usually I am extremely happy with the outcome. Unfortunately, with this purchase I was not. I do like the product that I bought. It is a perfect dishwasher. With that being said, the installer was completely unprofessional. He refused to install my dishwasher on two different occasions. The first time saying that there was a corroded pipe. I had another company come out who could not confirm that. after having him out a second time he again refused to install my dishwasher. It was so professional and rude that I went and asked for a refund for the amount of money that I paid for the installation. And I'm actually having another company install it next week. I was very disappointed with their installer.

Worked out well timing wise. Make sure your dishwasher will have a regular plug to plug into.
