The installation was free (who can argue with that) yet much more professional than when I paid for an install a few years back from a BB competitor. The team was on-time, incredibly professional and left only when I was fully satisfied. Thanks BB!

The service is good but they brought the first time a damaged dishwasher, they had to take it back and bring a new one.

Our installation went very well. The gentleman was a pro, demoed the product and even warned me re: the lack of heating element. He assured me that Best Buy would take care of us if we were dissatisfied with the product and they did.

Evidently "code" had changed. There was a lot of discussion on who would pay for additional electric. Best Buy ended up covering it.

Installers were great b/c they quickly and calmly adapted to the fact that hardwood floor installers didn't run the floors all the way under th dishwasher as they should have. Explained the predicament well and worked out a solution.

The guys they sent were very prompt, polite and clearly explained what needed to be done. New dishwasher was installed promptly, the old one was hauled away. Great work!

The team did it right the first time! It took a while to schedule given the pandemic, but when the day came the install team called in advance and was clean, near, and professional.

Great service; installed dishwasher 2 days after ordering. Bosch dishwashers are a little weird; fumy controls/ awkward rack design (compared to old Kitchenaid that was replaced)

Delivered and installed Bosch dishwasher. Very excellent service and delivery man gave instructions on use of dishwasher which was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

The same guys installed both dishwasher and microwave. Were contracted out of TX and they were awesome, Nice, friendly, and followed all safety precautions. Demonstrated all features.

If you need a dishwasher installed, then you want Justin to do it. They showed up on time, were extremely polite and competent, took good care of our home, and made sure the item worked. I could not be more pleased.
