My installers were very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made sure there were no leaks, that everything worked and showed me how to use the dishwasher. They were careful about my wood floor even taking my old washer out.

Removal of my old and install of the new dishwasher took 30 minutes. The washer was leveled and it fits snugly in the available space. This was a great experience.

My installers were great They renoved the old d.w. being careful not to scratch my wood floors, then installed the new one. At first it dripped water but the installer remedied that and didn't leave until it was perfect.

The guys showed up early, got right to work and took no more time than needed to install our new dishwasher. They ran the demo and walked me thru the paperwork quickly before cleaning up and leaving a mess free and worry free install behind.

Only one of the crew could speak English and not very good. They brought all necessary items to do the install but somehow said they couldn’t (on the first try). I spent $400 for a plumber to connect the same item the install crew had as part of the install. The second time the same crew came. Very hard to understand but got the job done.

Kitchen Aid dishwasher has 3 levels that are really usable. I had an old Kitchen Aid which just had a flat level on top where you could put flat items. This one really holds cups, glasses, etc. Very handy. I like the interior light-easier to load. The dishes come out squeaky clean. Very satisfied with this dishwasher so far.

Great dishwasher! This model allow for using larger platters which is a wonderful l option.. It is also extremely quiet!

All installations on the dishwasher, range and refrigerator would done quickly and professionally by Pacific Kitchen and Home. They did it all in less than 1 hour.

Works as advertised. Our first experience with LG products. Replaced a 15 year old Whirlpool that was still working, but decided to replace all appliances after 22 year old refrigerator died and take advantage of the deal. Cleans well. Lots of options. Third rack is nice. One negative is the front control panel is difficult to read without stooping down to view. For that reason, I would have considered the upgrade to one with the control panel on top of the door, although it was more expensive.

The installation was very fast and professional. After being without a dishwasher for a few weeks, it was nice to have the dishwasher installed quickly without and issues.
