The installation was incredible. The installer was in and out in about 15 minutes. I have never had something.

The installation went smoothly with no issues. The Installers were very professional, explained the steps they took to install the appliance, and were COVID conscience.

This review simply supports the Bosch - Ascenta 24 Tall Tub Built-In Dishwasher that we bought and had installed. The folks who installed the equipment were professional and efficient. We're happy with Best Buy on this purchase and installation.

Horrible don't ever buy this, and don't buy from best buy.. horrible from day one, still doesn't a work a month later, the whole thing is a scam, they deliberately scheduled me for service more than 15 days later only to tell me then its not returnable. WILL BE FILING EVERY POSSIBLE COMPLAINT I CAN

Bought this dishwasher a little over a year ago. It has been fine, but lately the front control panel has been flashing randomly and sometimes turning off mid-cycle. It washes dishes most of the time with no issue, but on occassion it has stopped midway. Working on getting a Total Tech repair person to come out and fix the electronic panel issue, but disappointed that the machine already has a problem.

The service was fast and efficient delivery and installation. We We are very pleased with everything.

I had some initial issues with my install that prevented the technician from completing the job, but he came back the next day with all the parts and did an incredible job. I highly recommend Best Buy and their installers!

Installers were ok but left a part on the machine that should of been removed.

My LG dishwasher was installed and on time and worked for 6 months no issues. Then I go the AE error that it wasn't draining properly. Apparently, the Best Buy installer didn't elevate and tie the drain line so it wasn't draining properly, they just propped it up and it fell over time. Fortunately, my dishwasher is under warranty and I wasn't charged.
