On time and personable. Had a little challenge but got it done and installed correctly

Great install by Best Buy, guy could not have been more courteous and made sure he cleaned up before he left. Took me through a detailed explanation on the operation of the equipment. Well worth the price

We had to cut our own floor because the third party who was hired said they couldn’t. Then they took the floor we had removed that we could of used to patch it. Then they charged us an additional 150 to install a switch they didn’t even mount to the inside of the cabinet because the GFI port was to far and the cord wasn’t long enough, even though my partner is an electrician and is qualified to extend the cord with materials we had in the house since we were remodeling. We were stuck paying extra money because that means we wouldn’t qualify for the protection plan is there were any issues. After that they left after “testing” the production and said all was fine. They took our floor we cut out. We the. Ran the dishwasher that night and it didn’t drain, so then they had to come back. Luckily they found the floor and they were at least polite, however a little bit of a shhhh show and definitely over charged for a switch they didn’t even mount.

The installer came and took out our old dishwasher and installed the new one. He showed us how to work it and that everything was level. Then cleaned up and left. However, from the first time I used it, the top rack rolled out fast as if the dishwasher was NOT level. I took out my own level and checked the dishwasher. WOW! It really needs to be adjusted. I just don’t know who to call for this.

The product was delivered in January of 2021 and have had multiple service visits. After the issue was properly diagnosed, the conclusion is that it was an installation issue all along. So I cannot give a fair review to the product but Best Buy installation and Geek Squad was horrible. I am just sick and tired of talking to multiple contractors that Best Buy uses. As a customer, I should only have to discuss with Best Buy & they take it from there. It was left up to me to communicate with all the service providers and Samsung. I am constantly repeating myself and the Geek Squad attitude was nonchalant, no care in addressing the issue. Very frustrating. It is April & one more visit is still needed to completely correct the installation issue. I have had 4 visits already in total. Based on this experience I decided to purchase my other major appliances else where.

The team that came out was very helpful. Very professional and didn’t take long to install at all. There was a missing part, but they came out the next day to finish the job after getting what was needed.

Installers were excellent, took every precaution during this pandemic. They dealt with the difficulty of removing the old dishwasher and left my kitchen as clean as they found it.

Steve and Reilly arrived at my home on Saturday during the time window I was given. They got my new dishwasher installed and removed the old one, in spite of the fact that Steve had a broken arm. Kudos to the team!!

I would highly recommend purchasing from Best Buy, The delivery men were fast, very knowledgeable and took time to show each feature

This is my 4th group of appliances I have ordered from Best Buy and this was the best installation I have had. Best Buy will not let you chose or have the contact information of the installer but this guy was great.

The two men who installed the dishwasher were wonderful! They took their time and made sure the dishwasher was in perfect working order before they left.

The young man was right on time, and installed the dishwasher the day before Thanksgiving. Beforehand, I was definitely concerned about the possibility of a poor installation, but the guy was great (and no leaks yet).

The installer arrived when promised, took out our dishwasher without a mess on our carpet and installed the new one within an hour. I would not hesitate to pay for installation again and I'm confident that his work will not leak.

Had paid for new hoses and install. Our old system had different connections and crew members had to run and get different hookups. Great crew really friendly and very helpful with explaining new features on dishwasher

It took some days to schedule but the team came ontime , they were fast. They were supposed to unistqll old dishwasher and install the new one but due to poor electrical outlet they had to come again. Very professional .
