Unfortunately, my experience with the dishwasher installation team was far from satisfactory. While the delivery was on time, the installation process quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal. The team informed me that they would need an additional $450 to run the existing drain line, which was completely unexpected. This charge felt unreasonable, especially since I had already paid for the installation service, and the drain line was functional prior to their visit. They didn’t offer any alternative solutions or proper explanations, leaving me feeling cornered into paying more. I expect transparency and fair pricing when it comes to installation services, and this experience fell short. I would not recommend this service unless they improve their practices and communicate costs upfront.

Knowledgeable, fast and patient to the end! These guys came in and had my old one out and new one installed in under an hour. Explained all the cycles and reminded me to make sure to register for the warranty.

Lucky for us the installer found an electrical issue that could have resulted in a fire. We had an electrician come out and fix the issue and the installers came back and did the install (no extra charge for 2 visits).

The service was fantastic. Those men were very professional and knowledgeable.

The two men who installed the dishwasher were wonderful! They took their time and made sure the dishwasher was in perfect working order before they left.

The first installer did not know exactly the Florida Electric code and requested a new GIF outlet. Hired somebody to do it and called Best Buy again. The next installer told me I didn't need that outlet and installed the device in a bit. What a waste of money and time!

My installation guy did a great job. He was polite when he called and was timely in his arrival. He knew what he was doing and even gave me some tips on how to use it.
