The team that came in to install our new dishwasher was terrific. They were real pros and had the old dishwasher removed and the new one installed in a very short time, and showed us how to operate the new dishwasher before they left.

The installers broke a pipe under the sink requiring a plumber and delays. Installation was canceled by Best Buy four times. We were promised installation before Christmas but sadly that did not happen.

The installer "JJ" was very friendly and helpful but a hose on the washer was broken and we had to wait 3 more days before he could come back and finish the repair. Part was sent by overnight delivery but JJ was off for two days and I don't know why someone else couldn't have come out to finish the job. Very frustrating to think you are done only to find out it will be another 3 days..

What a wonderful crew they sent. They were ON TIME, quick to start working, efficient, and fast. I couldn't have asked for more. If I need anything else installed that I get from Best Buy, I would use them again with pleasure.

Installers were excellent, took every precaution during this pandemic. They dealt with the difficulty of removing the old dishwasher and left my kitchen as clean as they found it.

Great! They had to come back because my plumbing wasn't right. I got the plumbing fixed and they came back and did an outstanding job on the install. Very polite too! They did it in 1/4 the time it would have taken me.

We had to cut our own floor because the third party who was hired said they couldn’t. Then they took the floor we had removed that we could of used to patch it. Then they charged us an additional 150 to install a switch they didn’t even mount to the inside of the cabinet because the GFI port was to far and the cord wasn’t long enough, even though my partner is an electrician and is qualified to extend the cord with materials we had in the house since we were remodeling. We were stuck paying extra money because that means we wouldn’t qualify for the protection plan is there were any issues. After that they left after “testing” the production and said all was fine. They took our floor we cut out. We the. Ran the dishwasher that night and it didn’t drain, so then they had to come back. Luckily they found the floor and they were at least polite, however a little bit of a shhhh show and definitely over charged for a switch they didn’t even mount.

The delivery team arrived within the quoted time, was very efficient and courteous, and fully explained all features of the unit.

It takes a very long time to wash, not very quiet. The top row gets stuck a lot.

My husband was at home during the install and was very happy with the entire process! The gentleman was very nice and knowledgeable and even gave us a few excellent tips. This installer is highly recommended. Thanks Best Buy!
