Excellent skills and done perfectly. Electrical and plumbing done on my dishwasher with no negative issues

The Crew that came out to deliver and install the dishwasher was great. Very respectful and a lot of attention to detail.

The installers were professionals. They took all the Covid 19 precautions and wore masks through out the installation. The took out the old dishwasher without creating any mess.

Appliance is very good however the Delivery System (computer) is terrible. Had to schedule and reschedule several times, finally having to call in order to get a firm delivery date. Actual delivery at home was great when it was finally scheduled.Gil and his team were super!

Need less than a 12 hour window set the night before install. I asked for a morning appt when I purchased the dishwasher. After a 2 hour call to reschedule the time the night before and several calls the day of installs the installers arrived at 5pm. Thought They did ok but still had to have another installed come back to complete the job correctly. Best Buy was awesome, but 3rd party installers need improvement!

Very professional installation! Contractor called in advance to notify his arriving time. He’s careful and courteous, did an excellent job installing the dishwasher.

I cannot fault the installers for the fact that the Best Buy rep did not tell me the dishwasher would be installed by a 3rd party. For whatever reason that I never found out, the installer did not make it to the initial appointment time. I believe the mistake was on Best Buy's side. The delivery/install guys were friendly enough, however when they did arrive on the subsequent scheduled date they were not able to install due to an issue with my plumbing. I live in a rural area so getting a plumber out here can be difficult and costly. I do not blame the installers for this. I found someone local who could fix the plumbing, and as a bonus, install the dishwasher. So I called Best Buy to see if I could have the installation fee ($130) refunded. The Best Buy customer support rep was awesome and processed the refund within minutes. The person who fixed my plumbing and installed the dishwasher charged me nothing. So I not only saved the considerable expense of hiring a plumber, but was also able to have a working dishwasher the same day the plumbing was fixed and at no charge! I give 2 stars for the installation for the reasons given and because they didn't end up doing the installation at all!

Best Buy gave me a time for installation, Pacific Appliances called and gave me a different time. Whatever, we were able to accommodate. After installed, the dishwasher did not work. That gave me very little confidence in my purchase. I spent the next 4 weeks trying to get a replacement and somebody to deliver it. Best Buy says they're waiting on the installer, the installer is not reachable or unresponsive. It was a common theme to hear each side blame the other. I finally got a confirmed installation time and they showed up two hours earlier and wondered why I wasn't there. Given my commute and busy schedule this was impossible to accommodate. With persistence on my end I finally got my dishwasher. I don't have time to deal with unprofessional people who can't simply deliver and install a dishwasher. I'm not pleased and will not be looking to Best Buy for any other major appliances. The dishwasher itself works adequately.

The install of my dishwasher was top notch. Extremely professional and fast install.

Failed installation. Hardware holding dishwasher in place fell off after several uses. Cant seem to get in touch with Customer Service to Resolve. Very expensive for this service.

Mike from Quality Kitchen provided great customer service. He explained everything about the dishwasher. The installation didn't take long time.

We had a very bad experience with initial installer. Once Ben Johnson with the Geek Squad showed up, everything took a turn for the better. Very kind, professional, thorough. He is a great representative of Best Buy.

They were able to rectify a complicated installation issue. Unfortunately, they charge more than I expected.

I am usually critical of Big box stores however this time I was amazed the driver was quick courteous gave calls answered questions he knew his stuff and even made sure it went through a whole cycle before he left

I like people who come in to install that know exactly what they are doing. These guys did and took just about ten minutes to get everything accomplished.
