Excellent installation! My water system is the new peaks not the normal water valve that the older builds have. Installer came and was done in less then 30 minutes installing my new fabulous dishwasher. Home Depot’s installers had no idea on how to install the first dishwasher purchased from them that was returned due to malfunction!

We first ordered our dishwasher at the end of April. We had to wait till 8 May to get it installed. The people that came to install it were not able to do it correctly. So I had to call every single person. I spoke to didn’t know what the heck was going on would say things just to save face and nothing was resolved. So when I finally was able to speak to somebody locally and not in another country, I thought oh great things will happen. I was supposed to get a new replacement of the new dishwasher. So after more time goes by another appointment set, I get the call and the plumber says no I don’t have a dishwasher with me. So that one had to be canceled. And more miscommunication between the local Best Buy and the foreigners. Then I get a call that the dishwasher is out of stock. No word on when it will be back. Then finally it came in and was able to set up another time. So, the other plumbers they sent were definitely knowledgeable in setting it up with no problems. That finally happened on June 8. It runs perfect. Furthermore, we have called many times to get some kind of discount because of a two month wait that shouldn’t have happened in the first place with poor 1st installers and the company’s miscommunication with their call centers. We were given an email to contact someone to speak with, and I attempted twice to contact This person through that email about what I would expect from this long, stressful wait and nobody got back to me. So after years of several large appliance purchases we are basically treated like garbage. I will go elsewhere next time.

The 2-person installer team was excellent. They took their time and did the job right. I watched them work at getting the dishwasher perfectly centered and level in the opening. I would recommend Jason and his partner.

The repair technician was great -- he ran very late bc of very complicated installs he had before, and he said that the complexities were not communicated until he arrived to install, so this is an area to improve communication with your installers. He was smart, helpful, courteous, but he must have been exhausted.

They called ahead to annonce their arrival time. They were coutreous cleaned up. and we have had no problems. the samsung dishwasher is as advertized. its great.

The installer was professional, punctual, and very clean throughout the process. He did an excellent job installing our new dishwasher and even went above and beyond by adding an outlet we didn’t realize was needed.

The guys showed up early, got right to work and took no more time than needed to install our new dishwasher. They ran the demo and walked me thru the paperwork quickly before cleaning up and leaving a mess free and worry free install behind.

Freddie did an excellent install on the dishwasher. He made sure all the water lines were out of the way and neat. He made sure the front was level and straight. Excellent job and I would recommend him to everyone.

Installers were prepared and amiable, and answered all my questions about their installation and operation prior to leaving. They even went above and beyond to take the time to explain the various features and cleaning requirements to extend the lifetime of the dishwasher.

Installers were very courteous and attentive. Did a great job and had the necessary fittings that needed to be replaced before installing.

The install crew arrived within the specified window. Jared installed the new dishwasher in a timely and professional manner with apparent good attention to detail.

I love the dishwasher it is quiet and very spacious.. the only defect it has ... it doesn't dry the dishes all the way!

Quiet, shorter cycles, lots of room with the double rakes and the dishes and glasses come out clean and dry.

So far, this Bosch dishwasher is doing a great job of washing the diches, and is so quiet that the only sounds we hear is the water going down the drain... Looks good, works great, easy to load... What's not to like???

The installer (Zack) did an outstanding job of installing my new GE Profile dishwasher. He arrived on schedule and was able to make, the required water, drain, and electrical connections in short order. The availability of such excellent installation service is the main reason I like to buy my major appliances at Best Buy.

We did quite a bit of research before deciding on a new dishwasher. After reading reviews, we had narrowed our choice down to either a Bosch or a Kitchenaid. The fact that this Kitchenaid (Model KDFE104DSS) had the heated dry was what really helped us to decide, especially since our previous dishwasher (an LG) did not, and the water remaining at the end of the cycle caused a smell in our dishwasher. We like the way this dishwasher looks, the way the racks are designed for plates and silverware, and especially how quiet it is. There is no need to set the dishwasher on a delay to dry it later when the noise won't bother you because there is almost nothing to hear! Kitchenaid also has a very good reputation for consumer satisfaction. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!

They notified me when they would arrive and were there on time. Did great job. Worked well together. Appreciated their professionalism.
