Guys did an amazing job and install was smooth. Hauled away our old unit with no issues.

The team did a better than expected job. The old dishwasher was a bear to remove, but the team accomplished the task and made the installation awesome.

Original Viking Dishwasher came with a broken roller inside and the bottom front was not aligned. We had them take it back and order a replacement. The next dishwasher was fine but the installation not so good. Not level and door is sticking. My husband will have to make adjustments. When I told the installer at the time , he told me if I didn’t like it to call and have another delivered!

Delivery was on time, and installation was efficient

The technicians who delivered and installed my new dishwasher did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and wasted no time in removing the old dishwasher and installing and testing the new one.

Only thing keeping this from Excellent was the scheduling options, had to pick odd hours for me to get it done sooner.

Crew showed up a little earlier than what I been told which was good removed old unit and install demonstrated how to operate cleaned up the packaging and was done in no time

Technician was great. He actually identified an issue with my dishwasher during installation. This saved me time and worriation. I new one was installed the next day. Thank you.

The 2 gentlemen that came to my home and installed the dishwasher were excellent. They explained what they were doing, didn't make a big mess, and cleaned up all the boxes/garbage before they left. Very good experience!

The guy that installed our dishwasher was really diligent in making sure everything was hooked up correctly. He also took pains to make sure there was no leaking and he spent extra time explaining the operation.

I did shop around and was shocked at all the info I picked up from other stores. Everything from pulling permits to preliminary inspections TO INSTALL A DISHWASHER???? Thank God for Best Buy. It's a Jungle out there!!!

Best Buy's customer service and installation crew are amazing. I discovered a defect in my new dishwasher a couple of hours after it was installed. Called Best Buy and they ordered a new machine and scheduled installation right away.

The installation team is on time and profession. Additional charge applies beyond basic service and may become pricy.

Installers were fantastic, couldn't ask for a better pair to get the job done quick and professionally!
