Excellent-On time, dressed right,polite, did the jpb quickly and correctly. Even checked to insure there was not any leaks,

So far I am not sure what to think. We tried to buy one of the best we could afford. The Dishwasher leaked, so we were told it would get looked at by the installer. He said it should be replaced with new. Well that didn't happen. We were told a tech will be sent out to fix it. One was sent. He said it wasn't level. Said he fixed. It wasn't. Then he said seal needed replaced cause it was leaking on the left side. He did. It didn't work. Now it leaks on the right. And everytime in between calls even though I call the same day he is here to fix it we wait about a week in between calls. Thats where we are at, at this time.

Friendly, on time, fast work, no leaks, hauled old unit away.

The installation was quick. The installers were so nice and when they were done, they picked and cleaned up behind them.

I was happy to meet friendly knowledgeable installers. They were respectful of my home and performed the installation quickly and kept me in the loop as to what they were going to do and any options I may have.

I was on a conference call when they arrived. They hauled off my old unit and installed the new. They walked in my office and told me quietly they were done. Couldn’t have been easier

Scheduling installation of my new Bosch dishwasher was easy. The Geek Squad installers were on time and the installation was problem free and quick.

I love my new Thermador dishwasher. It cost more than the standard ones but wow does it clean nice.

Excellent customer service with our new dishwasher installation! Highly recommended. Took the old one out, and took it away! Asked questions, made sure everything was set properly, and even cleaned up after themselves!

this Maytag must have a smaller loading space, but at least it runs when we turn it on.

The dishwasher is working great but The Service was horrible from your first delivery person. He left after the Ritz was moving a truck so he could get in. He didn’t call me until he was gone and he would not come back. It still shows on my account that it has not been delivered. After talking with at least 5 geek squad and customer service people and many promises, it was finally delivered and installed. What a nightmare. Thank you for the last couple of customer service people for helping to get this done. They should get stars. The first few were horrible, especially the geek squad guy I talked to initially. Yikes.

Good install was very good. Courtesy and nice good

My installation had to be delayed due to water valve being frozen. I had a Handyman fix that same day and geek squad was able to send someone out the next day. They were on time and professional.

The team that came out to install our new dishwasher was knowledgeable and very professional. They picked up after themselves and were very quick.

Everything went smoothly and quickly. The installer showed us several of the wash cycle options and demonstrated that it was working properly.

They got the job done! Seriously there were some problems due to a prior installation years ago and they stayed till it was done and done correctly this time.

There were delays in scheduling, but when installation finally happened, everything went smoothly and quickly.
