Called before to set time expectation, on time and supper efficient. Very professional installation.

The two men who performed the installation were very nice but that’s where it stops. 1st - Drain hose connection to the disposal began leaking. Ended up taking off and reattaching. 2nd- Dishwasher wasn’t positioned properly and wasn’t flush with the cabinets by at least an inch. Had to pull out, reposition, and re-level. 3rd - The tabs the attach to the bottom of the counter top were never secured. The installer even borrowed my drill bit to set new holes. All in all, I should have done the work myself and kept the install fee. Thought it would have saved me time but not worth the trouble. I hope the installer enjoys the pliers they borrowed from me and never returned!

Installer 1st delivery attempt which came in damaged was great he noticed the damage and brought it to my attention. The second installer were equally as nice and professional. Did a good installation job.

Super great guy. Put some plastic stuff down as to not scratch up my wood floors. There was a kink in the hose line and he came out and fixed it ASAP. Would totally recommend him for an installer.

The installer was on time, professional, and efficient. I am very satisfied with his work. He also did me the favor or warning me about another plumbing problem, that I needed new cut-off valves under the sink.

Geek squad was unable to initially install our dishwasher due to a shut off valve that was not working under our sink. We had to spend an extra $225.00 to have a plumber come to the house and replace that valve.

The Best Buy team did a fantastic job on installing my dishwasher. The were some issues with fitting in it and balancing it but they stuck through it and made it work. Thank You
