I had no concerns about the quality of their work.

He took the time to install correctly since our old unit was installed incorrectly. Took the time to go over features and how to maintain machine.

Dishwasher Install Fail

Drain tube was pushed up next to sink in cabinet and never secured to cabinet so as soon as water went into drain tube it fell and is no longer positioned 33" above floor per instructions. Installer only made it look correct for picture. Also, installer has drain tube and electrical pushed thru same hole in cabinet which created a kink in the drain tube. I will have to reinstall this dishwasher the proper way myself. I thought that I was saving time by having Best Buy install and paid for the Totaltech Membership. Never again! SAD!
