My installation team was prompt, immaculately clean, knowledgeable and friendly! They exhibited true pride in their workmanship and took the time to go over some of the features of the dishwasher.

Ona chaotic day, the installer did a great job. He had to make a slight adjustment because of counter height. And he explained everything clearly and thoroughly so we could put our dishwasher right to work.

Communication was poor, installers missed window by hours without any form of contact, something in the delivery process had destroyed the hose of the dishwasher unit, which wasn't realized until the installers went to unload it from their trailer. When customer service called to reschedule an install for after another unit was acquired, they wanted to schedule it more than a month out for a weekend installation. I asked if it was possible to specify an arrival window since I could be present for the last four hour block in the day on any weekday but could not be present for any morning installations. They said yes and I was able to schedule a day about a week and a half out instead. The day before, I was notified that they had scheduled installation in the morning the next day. I called customer service to try to fix this and was told that they wouldn't rearrange the schedule. I cancelled the order and was forced to buy from another retailer. At least the cancellation was easy, I guess. The entire operation was a mess and seemed really uncaring about their customers. This is a huge change from previous appliance deliveries, which were painless in comparison; that was why I picked Best Buy initially. I won't be ordering something like this from Best Buy again. I don't blame the installers because they seemed professional and the general poor communication from Best Buy could have easily happened on their side as well. Home Depot also had issues on their first attempt at delivery (the truck broke down and required a tow) but their customer care was far more proactive in working with me reschedule quickly (and with the same request to limit delivery to the last four hour block on the rescheduled day, which they honored).

This installation had to be rescheduled. Rescheduling was simple. Available dates and time was within the dates and times I could reschedule the installation for.

Our installer, Tito, was on time, safety conscious, and very good at his job. Took very little time to install, and made sure all was good before leaving. Very pleased.

The technicians that came to install my dishwasher were on time, clean, polite and in every way I would have expected, professional. My problem is that my dishwasher showed up without a drainage hose. They ordered a new one before leaving my house. After three weeks I am still playing telephone tag with their supervisor I still do not have an installed dishwasher.
