What can I say, Joe was amazing he explained everything he was doing and just overall great guy

Honestly, the guy was only going to install if the installation was easy. As soon as it appeared more complicated, he pushed me to my plumber. In fact, after removing a lower pipe that the installer said prevented the dishwasher from fitting properly, he still did not get it in all the way and the dishwasher prevented a closet door from opening. I took it upon myself to reinstall everything and after simply taking some of the slack out of the hose, I was able to move the dishwasher in place and make the fit work better. Why did I have to do that? BestBuy reps are top notch. Once you move to a 3rd party, you lose that service level.
