Installation was included in the dishwasher purchase... Saved a nice chunk of change there... they did a great job. Would absolutely use their install services when they are included for free, no brainer.

The technician was not able to do the installation. He couldn’t get the old dishwasher out. I had to have someone else do the job. Another thing that bothered me was I didn’t get a user manual. When I asked him about it, he said I could get one on-line.

Drain hose fell off underneath sink less than 6 months after original installation of new dishwasher. Repair was made to provide more secure hose connection.

Person was knowledgeable & he worked efficiently to resolve the issue.

We had to have two dishwashers installed, because the first one was damaged inside. Both times the installers were very professional and did great jobs.

Had problems both with scheduling and with an incompentant installer beng sent for first attempt. The problem seemed to center around the third party installer. The appliance manager at the store did work hard to resolve the issue well enough that I would not only buy from Best Buy again but would also give their instalation another shot.

I don't know why Best Buy has people review tools that automatically come with an appliance but I'm sure they come in handy for my plumber that he doesn't have to go digging in his tool box.

I removed the old diswasher one day prior to make sure our tiles are not on the way. They arrived on time and finished the installation within 15 minutes. They were profesional enough to double measure everything.
