Installers were on time, courteous, and very professional. They knew what they were doing and were quick and efficient. Hauled away the old dishwasher and cleaned up afterwards so no mess for me to clean!

Installation was fine, except they failed to properly install the dishwasher's front bottom plastic cover. As such, it interfered with opening the door all the way. It took me about 15 minutes to do it myself. I shouldn't have had to do it. I paid for the service.

I am told this was as expected.We had it installed n a rental house and they said things worked out well.

A dishwasher install is pretty easy as a DIY. However, the pro install gets it done, and it’s quicker. Plus, now my new dishwasher is level and doesn’t fall over when the dog licks the dishes.

BB contracted out the installation to a local appliance guy who was awesome - polite, funny and full of advice on how to keep it working as long as possible.

The "geek" squad contractor was prompt and installed the dishwasher in record time. Gave us a quick run down on how to use it. Filled the rinse aid and verified that it was working. Great team.

Our dishwasher is one corner cabinet away from the sink/plumbing. The installer did not have the proper hoses to connect it to the water. So they out in in place and left it for us to hook up. We had to run to hardware store, buy the hose and hook it up. We felt that we wasted our money to pay for installation.

My dishwasher was delivered on time and the installer was excellent. He quickly removed my old machine and placed the new one.

The service is very good, except he forget a drill bit

The installer was good and in time got it installed and working. I was not happy that the plug did not fit and we had to go buy a different type.
