Finally it seems that we received a good refrigerator

Having been shopping at BB for over 15 years and being a Best Buy's Total Tech program. I recently made a purchase of a set of appliances for my home, which included installation services as part of the order. However, to my surprise, 18 days following the purchase, I noticed an unexpected charge of $1381.31 on my credit card statement. Despite my attempts to seek clarification from Best Buy's customer service, no one was able to provide a clear explanation for the charge. In order to resolve the issue, I was compelled to initiate a dispute with my BB credit card. Through this process, it became apparent that the charge encompassed installation fees for the refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and microwave that I had purchased. Adding to the peculiarity of the situation, I had returned one of the microwaves, yet I was still billed for its installation. Regrettably, despite the extensive two-month duration of the dispute process to decipher the breakdown of charges, Best Buy has declined to reimburse the funds. This decision is particularly disheartening given that the dispute resolution itself took two months to determine the source of the billing discrepancies. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and puzzled by the lack of coherence in Best Buy's handling of the situation. Throughout this ordeal, I have engaged with various representatives at Best Buy, investing over 20 hours in conversations. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, I have been met with an inability to provide a resolution.

Very Helpful and I wanted to install myself..but my wife always complains about my installation...so being included in the price was the selling point.

Was happy with the quick installation of the dishwasher. I was not told that there is a municipality fee for installing the dishwasher to always ask about that. Overall it was quick and easy.
