The first team sent i would give 0 stars as they started out by taking a smoke break before coming into my smoke free home. Also they wouldn't install because dishwasher was fed from a gfi circuit and not directly wired, even though they installed the first one a 1½ prior. This repair they demanded cost $350 to have completed. The second team (Charles) was excellent and easy to work with and i would highly recommend him. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the installation. He went as far to get my approval on the spacing gaps before making final attachment to cabinet. My overall rating is based on both installation teams. The individual rating i based on the second team.

So far, this Bosch dishwasher is doing a great job of washing the diches, and is so quiet that the only sounds we hear is the water going down the drain... Looks good, works great, easy to load... What's not to like???

Quiet machine, actual easy to press buttons. Love the stainless finish. LOVE IT. Unrelated to Best Buy, yet they subcontracted who subcontracted 2 guys who then took 2.75 hours to finally install. They said they'd leave because we questioned their odd price for the 2 required permits. Our fair city only required one for plumbing. We called for the actual cost. We should have let them leave and hire our own plumber. And in actuality, I highly doubt either guy was a plumber. Likely installers. Will never buy another thing from BB. Most likely will buy from Grand Appliance. Our neighbor's only took .5 hours.

The people who came in and installed our dishwasher was amazing! Fast respectful and very knowledgeable.

We did quite a bit of research before deciding on a new dishwasher. After reading reviews, we had narrowed our choice down to either a Bosch or a Kitchenaid. The fact that this Kitchenaid (Model KDFE104DSS) had the heated dry was what really helped us to decide, especially since our previous dishwasher (an LG) did not, and the water remaining at the end of the cycle caused a smell in our dishwasher. We like the way this dishwasher looks, the way the racks are designed for plates and silverware, and especially how quiet it is. There is no need to set the dishwasher on a delay to dry it later when the noise won't bother you because there is almost nothing to hear! Kitchenaid also has a very good reputation for consumer satisfaction. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!

The Geek Squad did a very good job. They first removed our old built-in dishwasher without incident. Then they installed the new Kitchenaid dishwasher we bought at Best Buy. There were 2 guys, the main installer & a helper. They were professional & knowledgeable. There was a slight problem, but it was quickly remedied. After the installation, they provided instructions on the different wash settings, etc. and provided the new dishwasher paperwork.

The installers sent by Best Buy to install our new Bosch dishwasher were the best. In and out in less than a half hour, including the time it took for them to run it through a quick cycle to test the machine. Professional, courteous, and made sure the install area was spotless before they left. My wife and I was very happy with both installers that came to our home that day.

Love the dishwasher, smart looking, quiet, sturdy, lots of options. Technician had to return to readjust installation. Dishwasher not pushed in evenly and a cabinet drawer in a counter perpendicular to the dishwasher counter would not open because dishwasher was in the way.

They were efficient, knowledgeable,and very polite. A pleasure to invite them into my home.

great crew doing the install and removal of other dishwasher. They took great care making sure everything was all set from electrical to plumbing. Ran a quick test, made sure it was level from all directions and cleaned up after themselves. They were excellent. I highly recommend BestBuy install service

My new KitchenAid dishwasher is amazing. Roomy, well-made, super quiet, and very effective at cleaning all of my dishes, silverware, and glassware. So nice to have a well-made, high-functioning kitchen appliance!

The installers were very professional and efficient, having my old unit removed and the new one installed in less then an hour after arrival.

BestBuy (Rochester MN) arranged for a separate company to do installation. They kept us informed of their arrival time and arrived on schedule. They were polite, clean and efficient, removing the old dishwasher and installing the new one. Absolutely pleased.

We really like Whirlpool products. Our old Whirlpool dishwasher was almost 20 years old, so of course when it was time to buy a new one, it had to be Whirlpool. This dishwasher is very quiet...don't even know it's running when we turn it on. Very happy with our new dishwasher.

I absolutely LOVED this dishwasher but the drain malfunctioned within the first month. It was SO quiet. And LOVED the 3rd rack. I tried to exchange it but the Bosch brand was OOS everywhere. I swapped for a new kitchen aid. We will see how it compares.
