So far so good, the installon went well and looks good. They showed my son how to use it. I was not at home. The onlything is that they came earlier then expected and I would have preferred to see how to use it myself.

I picked out all my Samsung appliances for the new kitchen. I am truly amazed at how well it cleans and easy to use. Very quiet. Highly recommend it.

Did very nice job. Our current plumbing hookup wasn’t compatible to the new dishwasher, but the installers were very nice and explained in detail what needed to be done. After plumber moved the pipes best buy was very easy to work with for rescheduling our install. They called us and we able to reschedule online. Installers were friendly and diligent in their work. Completed everything quickly, tested for leaks, and explained how to use the dishwasher. They also cleaned up afterwards.

The Dishwasher install was done very quick and professional. I would recommend them both for a job well done.

I replaced an LG dishwasher that was 1 year old due to mechanical problems with a Bosch dishwasher . The only problem I have is any metal pots that have food on it, will not get totally clean if in lower rack, cleans all other dishes or silverware on lower rack. Metal pans will clean completely on upper rack. The third rack for longer utensils is really helpful and everything is really clean. It's extremely quite and if not for the end of cycle I wouldn't know it was even through. The two guys who installed the dishwasher did a great job, plus Best Buy really made it a great experience going through the process of replacing the first dishwasher.

We really like Whirlpool products. Our old Whirlpool dishwasher was almost 20 years old, so of course when it was time to buy a new one, it had to be Whirlpool. This dishwasher is very quiet...don't even know it's running when we turn it on. Very happy with our new dishwasher.

The delivery was done along with the refrigerator but the delivery people couldn't install the dishwasher. A new delivery team came out and installed the dishwasher even though I hadn't purchased the hose kit with it, it was not told to me online that it was necessary. The installers were awesome and were professional.

When the first dishwasher delivered was unboxed, it had a dent on the front. The technician had already removed my old washer, so I was given a choice to either have him install the dented one and wait for a replacement to be installed or else refuse the delivery and wait for a new one to arrive. I opted to use the dented one until the new one came. Installation tech was knowledgeable and helpful. Both installs were done in a timely manner.

After the first installer couldn't help us do to the hole in counter being too small he penned out the needed cutting in order to make it fit. I proceeded to cut the space need then Best Buy with-in a week sent out a second team to install the dishwasher effortlessly, neatly and quickly.

Best install we have had done. The installer found problems and went out of his way to fix them!

Got a call ahead of arrival for my dishwasher install. Two guys were quick to remove and haul away the old one and install the new. Everything went well; guys were great and tested it for any leaking. Overall, the process was great and quicker than I expected. They asked me if I had any questions and took the time to answer them.

Terrific service! I dont remember his full name, I think it was Mike. He was excellent, arrived right on time and installed my dishwasher quickly and professionally. Ran the dishwasher through all cycles before leaving. The dishwasher works perfectly.

The LG dishwasher is excellent. Very quiet and efficient. Internet interface is limited and not very useful.

New model is quieter and has larger capacity than previous one

Overall they did a good job installing the dishwasher. It took awhile to get the installer to understand that I did not like the way the dishwasher looked like it was uneven. He eventually fixed it to the best of his ability so I am satisfied with it but not totally happy

Second, echoing review, Geek Squad was supposed to come in two phases: 1 installation and 2 haul away. To our appreciation they combined both phases by installing our appliance and hualed away in one phase. Grateful.

Happy with the installation. It was quick and well done. The guy even helped fixing a door in 2 minutes that we thought didn’t have any fix at no charge at all. He was very helpful thank you. Really appreciate it.

they had to come back to finish the install, since they needed to get another waterline length for my weirdly arranged kitchen (gotta love old houses /s) but they were really great about coming back, YAH!

The team that installed my new Samsung Dishwasher were great. They were fast, efficient and very through.
