Having been shopping at BB for over 15 years and being a Best Buy's Total Tech program. I recently made a purchase of a set of appliances for my home, which included installation services as part of the order. However, to my surprise, 18 days following the purchase, I noticed an unexpected charge of $1381.31 on my credit card statement. Despite my attempts to seek clarification from Best Buy's customer service, no one was able to provide a clear explanation for the charge. In order to resolve the issue, I was compelled to initiate a dispute with my BB credit card. Through this process, it became apparent that the charge encompassed installation fees for the refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and microwave that I had purchased. Adding to the peculiarity of the situation, I had returned one of the microwaves, yet I was still billed for its installation. Regrettably, despite the extensive two-month duration of the dispute process to decipher the breakdown of charges, Best Buy has declined to reimburse the funds. This decision is particularly disheartening given that the dispute resolution itself took two months to determine the source of the billing discrepancies. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and puzzled by the lack of coherence in Best Buy's handling of the situation. Throughout this ordeal, I have engaged with various representatives at Best Buy, investing over 20 hours in conversations. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, I have been met with an inability to provide a resolution.

Great item and very productive in use at home daily

I appreciated that the installers allowed me time to clean the area after my old dishwasher had been removed.

This is the second appliance installed by the same technician. Our family couldn't be more pleased with this gentleman's knowledge, friendliness, professionalism and great work.

The two technicians that installed our dishwasher were professional, and did a great job. They were fast, knew what they were doing and placed the hoses together so they were out of my way.

The delivery guys for my dishwasher, microwave, and stove were very friendly and helpful. Cleaned up their mess and got the job done. Very respectful, I would recommend these services to anyone

All is good with the new washer. We are happy with Best Buy's attention to detail.

The one thing that I had issues with was the delivery!!! As stated, they contacted me 24 hours before the delivery date of Saturday, 3/30 with a 4 hour arrival window time of 8:30am - 12:30pm. The original house refrigerator was to be moved to the garage and the old garage refrigerator was going to be hauled away - so by 8am on 3/30, we emptied both the house refrig and the garage refrig, figuring that at the latest delivery would be around 12:30 I called someone in delivery/scheduling at 1pm who said that they would have the delivery team call me - he called me and said they were 3 hours out, so that would make it around 4pm - we had to put most of the items back into the 2 refrigerators After the 2nd three hour window of time, I called him at 4:30 - he then said that they were still another 3 hours out So that's the initial 4 hour window, then another 3 hour window, and finally another 3 hour window - basically it became 10 hour window of arrival! The installers left around 9:30pm and then we worked until 12:30am getting things back into the 2 refrig - it was a 15 hour day I'm so sorry, but the scheduler was horrible.

Unable to install due to company procedures about flex copper water pipe and direct wiring.

3/17/23 the contracted installers were not able to install our new dishwasher. On 3/16/23 Installers did NOT install or level the range. We have a 3 prone range outlet. They brought a 4 prone range cord. We live much closer to Lowes, so my husband purchased a new 3 prone cord there & did the install himself. Regardless, I feel the contracted installers could have completed the leveling. They did not level our new refrigerator either or hook up the water line to the door water & ice machine. Again, my husband had to do it. Obviously, I Am Discouraged...

Do not care for the up charges of unexpected merchandise

Dropped off item, and couldn’t install it. Didn’t have the right tools

Jay did a fantastic job installing my new dishwasher. He was on time, showed me the features, and cleaned up. I requested him to come back for our over the range microwave install as well.

The guys were efficient and careful in the installation process.

The install team was on time and very thorough. The bonus was the haul away.
